The property was perfect for our family reunion. Close to the beach. Lots of great rooms. Easy to use elevator. Huge public areas and so many areas for people to escape to when they needed a break 😂 10/10 would recommend

Family vacation

Great location. Ideal for large family gathering. Would recommend taking an inventory before heading to grocery store. Place only provides one dishwashing tablet and minimal essentials so we had to make multiple trips to the grocery store as we were lacking essentials for family dinners etc.

Great place but a few comments

Great place, was clean, check-in was easiest thing ever, one road from beach, owner was super nice and responsive - would recommend. All the things that matter were fantastic but I’d be remiss to not mention a few things in the ad that might deserve an asterisk or that I may not have looked at closely enough when booking:- It is marked as “entire house” but it is a duplex so you will be sharing a wall- About half the beach chairs were broken but there were still several good ones- The parking isn’t great - garage is very tight and barely fit a mid-size SUV and the driveway could only fit 2 mid-size SUVs and a hatchback (with 1 ft of space between them) so if you have big vehicles bewareSide note: Bring your own soap/shampoo because there was not any in the bathrooms like in hotels

Mostly very good

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Loved the space and the location. Easy walk to beach. We did find the kitchen in need of a thorough cleaning and restocking. There was no stove top vent, some of the pots and pans were old and either losing their nonstick coating or showing rust. The bbq grill had not been cleaned and was almost unusable. The property manager was very responsive and had we reached out sooner it’s likely some of these issues could have been resolved.

Overall 8/10. Loved the location and the property was roomy and generally well kept. Things we liked: outdoor hose to wash off sand (careful of the sharp rocks and shells around this area); roomy drop off area inside the door with hooks for hats and towels; comfortable beds; great air conditioning; washer/dryer in unit. Our biggest issue was the elevator, which was a major point in selecting this condo, as a few members of our party had mobility issues. We struggled with it the whole time. Recommend simplified operating instructions and perhaps a video or photos: after calling about it, someone came over and showed us how to close the accordion door properly, which was not mentioned anywhere else. (Hint: you have to not only close the door but grab the next fold beside the edge and pull it as far as you can. This helped, but still didn't work all the time.) Other issues - not enough dining chairs or living room seating. There was a nice large table, but using the counter stools was awkward. Small housekeeping issues such as a rotten odor from the kitchen trash can, which also didn't have a lid. Not enough pillows on some beds; found some others in a closet in the lower bedroom, but no extra pillowcases! Get extra ice - the fridge ice maker was often empty. Could not park in garage as stated unless you put up the ping pong table and move numerous items out of the way. Fairly limited use for some of the balconies except main one - very narrow and few chairs.

SeaFOMO summer vacation

The home was extremely convenient to a beach access & the pier. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and the traffic was minimal. It was perfect for taking an evening walk. The A/C on each level worked perfectly. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor - so we all got our exercise climbing the stairs. There is an elevator, but it is really only intended for bringing up luggage or groceries. If you cook, make sure you check the dishes. Some of them were not clean. Overall, we had a good time & enjoyed staying in this rental. The only complaint from our group of 10 was the mattresses in each bedroom were extremely uncomfortable.

House is spacious but a lot of things have to go to the trash.

Our stay is ok, we mostly stayed at the beach, got some issues, carpet in the master bedroom is filthy, a lot of bird poop on the porch, some blinds are broken, a lot of broken patio chairs, a lot of junk in the garage, refrigerator in the kitchen doesn’t work properly even after the maintenance guy came, the oven suddenly went on a cleaning mode and locked up while baking our bread, then the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. The air handler is dusty, garage and front entrance hasn’t been swept before we came. But at least they let us check in 2 hours before the original time it gave me a little bit of time to clean up a bit. The contact person Carissa is awesome she responded to my call quickly and took actions right away.
