« Not too exciting, there was no one at reception or to help with the luggage when we arrive. Staff not too excited to serve guests. Our driver and guide had issues with their accommodation, they were asked to pay for that. Nothing much to see in surrounding as well. »

« Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodgeâ a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure youâre having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animalsâso many rhinos!âbut sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot. »

« I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasnât clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didnât go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel »

« Initially, we were sent to an older part of the hotel, where the bathroom towel rack was falling, then after we came back from linch and some sightseeing noticed the front desk had been trying to contact me and offered us an upgrade, which they said was where we shouldâve been sent to in the first place. Got moved to the newest area of hotels with better room and amenities. So, I could give them one less star but will give the and excellent experience for making the correction. »
