"Super zentrale Lage in Lissabon, Shopping und der berühmte Fahrstuhl sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders freundlich war der Check in mit einem Pastel de nata und Portwein! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, alles war sehr sauber, modern und ruhig. Kaffee Kapseln und Maschine sind im Zimmer vorhanden. "

"My stay at Eurostars Universal Lisbon was a true pleasure! Started from the check-in where I was welcomed warmly. The room I got was on the 8th floor and was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The Rooftop is also nice, even if the pool is not too big I had no problem of getting a place to refresh myself. The location is a little off if you want to go to the city centre of Lisbon but with Uber or the Metro it‘s not too bad (20-30 minutes), but if you explore the surrounding area you will see that it‘s also very nice with a lot of different Restaurants, a big shopping centre (Vasco da Gama) and a nice Seafront where you can stroll. I would recommend this hotel at any time. Thanks very much, I will come again!!"

"Wie waren am Evil Live Festival. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen nicht zu weit weg vom Festival Gelände und sehr Nahe an der Altstadt. Die Hotelzimmer sind sehr praktisch und funktionell eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir gewünscht das die Milch besser gekühlt wird, aber das ist ja nur eine Kleinigkeit. Auf dem Rooftop hat es eine Bar und einen Pool. Denke die Dachterasse wird gerade vergrössert. Die Zimmer waren angenehm kühl und in dem Bett habe ich wunderbar geschlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Taxi vom Flughafen kostet so circa 17 Eur. Mit dem Uber vermutlich günster, hat bei mir aber nicht funktioniert da ich den Fahrer nicht gefunden habe. All in all, sehr gut gelungen. "
