Hôtel près de Kwelera Nature Reserve, East London, East London

« The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and it offers plenty of closet space and a kitchenette. The hosts are very attentive and provide helpful advice on where to go and nearby attractions. I definitely recommend it for visitors to East London and the surrounding areas. »

« Great staff, great property, truly refreshing. The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this. The only bad thing we noticed was the odour in the room at times, it smelled like blocked drain or sewage. »

« Vernon, the host was very friendly and helpful. Property accessible and close to shops. Property and surroundings were very quiet and peaceful despite being close to freeway. The casino close by was a nice touch for added entertainment. Will recommend and certainly stay here again. »

« Check in was nice and quick. The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit. I had a really great room with the view of the pool and the ocean and the garden is beautifully maintained. They skimp on amenities.. no lotion no shampoo/conditioner. I had to ask for more milk, coffee and sugar. They have a minibar in the room but no water in it (rolling my eyes) Breakfast is not the nicest in terms of variety. They only have decaf of...

« Big room. Great staff. »

« Niente di entusiasmante. »

« The property is in a beautiful location with access to a beautiful beach. Gardens/pathways are well maintained. The spa is excellent. Small problem areas are - teapot in room still full of old tea/rust colored water in the kettle/wooden strip above the lounge curtain fell off/dinner was mediocre (risotto was terrible - stodgy lump)/back of house area behind our villa had garbage lying around. Devil is in the details. »

« Room is clean and very spacious »

« It is well worthwhile upgrading to a beach view larger room »

« Les voisins du dessous ont crié toute la nuit au balcon jusqu'à 9h du matin.Pas d'internet dans les chambres. »

« No so good, there is no safe parking lot for tenants, they stole my car wheel cap 😞 due to dat...not recommendable 😭😭😭 »
