« PLEASE do NOT lean or go near the front and back patio guardrails. Do not let your children go on the patio. The guardrails (and some floorboards) are rotten and have completely lost their structural integrity. It’s a 15 foot drop. The owner nailed small 2x4s to try and keep it in place and erected a sign, but it does absolutely nothing and is extremely negligent. The whole thing wobbles significantly.
