Welcome to our charming craftsman-style lake house, perfectly situated right on the water for an unforgettable lake getaway. With four bedrooms, beautiful finishes, and easy access to the lake, this home is designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying everything lake life has to offer. The main floor features a comfortable master bedroom with a double-vanity ensuite bathroom, creating a private and peaceful retreat. The lower level offers three additional bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen bed and lake views, one with two twin beds, and one with a full sized bed. There is also a sleeper sofa on the lower level, providing additional space for guests. One of the best features of the home is the easy access to the water. The garage door at the back of the house opens directly to the area where we store the lake toys, making it simple to grab your gear and head straight to the lake. Guests are welcome to enjoy our double kayak, paddle board, Lilly pad and other lake toys during their stay. Spend the day paddling, swimming, floating or simple relaxing by the water right outside your door.

Linn Valley Lakes is a gated lake community with an incredible selection of amenities, so there is plenty enjoy even when you're ready for a break from the water. Guests have access to: swim beach, pickleball courts, mini golf, frisbee golf and wooden outdoor playlets for the little ones. With fresh new paint, beautiful finishes, comfortable spaces and waterfront access, this lake house is the perfect place to slow down, spend time together and create wonderful lake memories!

To help protect our property and ensure a great experience for all guests, please review the following requirements prior to booking:
1. No Pets - Sorry no pets or animals of any kind are permitted.
2. No Smoking - Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are not permitted inside or around the property.
3. Minimum Age Requirement - The primary renter must be 25 years or age or older.
4. Quiet Hours: 9:00pm - 7:00am - Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors.
5. No Campers or RV's - Campers, RV's, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property.
