This bright, stylishly designed apartment, created with comfort in mind, offers an open-plan, functional space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cosy living room with a sofa and a 55-inch Smart TV. The living room opens directly onto a pleasant, open-air, covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast or relaxing outdoors.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower.

In addition to the communal swimming pool – ideal for cooling off or relaxing at any time without leaving the complex – the complex features a play area with slides, designed for the enjoyment of the little ones, as well as a playground within the complex. The area is well connected, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and good road links.
