Best Family Vacation to Date

We had an incredible Family Making Memory!!! This is our fourth annual trip for our family of 14. Ages range from 4 -62. This home provided something for everyone. We never left the home as there was so much to do and explore at this place. The weather was hot and we had an issue with the air conditioner. This was unfortunate and unpredictable but the way the renter handled this was outstanding. He had a HVAC repair out at 9:00pm on a Thursday night as storms began. The man spent about 1 1/2 trying to repair the unit. The unit was not salvageable and would need to be replaced. The renter was sincerely apologetic and made things more than right with our family trip. He was so professional, quick and responsive. Thank you for hosting our annual vacation. We will be revisiting this home again.

Great for families!

We enjoyed our stay! The batting cage was not working and they had someone come out the next morning to fix it. The kids loved all the amenities, especially the game table and the pool! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great family weekend

The property was beautiful and all of the amenities were as described. There was so much to do. The grandkids loved the pool’s water slide and the activity barn. The adults loved the hot tube and the grounds. It was a funtime for everyone.

Labor Day Family Fun

We had a great time. The heated pool and slide kept both kids and adults busy for hours. Rock wall was great as was the batting cage. Only disappointment were the 5 empty propane tanks. For the price it would have been nice if we could use the black stone for burgers. There were no instructions at the property for anything. Not even a contact to reach the owner.

Indiana house-great pool, hot tub, and basement features

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The pictures online are exactly what you get at the home, which sometimes doesn't always apply. The pool was a HUGE hit with all the kids ranging from 12-15 and the parents as well. We didn't realize that the slide was a water slide which was an added bonus (you turn on or off the water for the slide which was nice). The hot tub worked GREAT and was also a big hit. The property is located sooo close to Pine Lake, so we were able to rent a pontoon boat for the afternoon and then headed back home for more pool time. The pole barn was great for basketball as all the kids loved playing indoor bball when the weather wasn't the best. The basement was the teens favorite hangout for movies and chilling-great space. The only downside was access to the pole barn was hindered by wasp nests/wasps as well as under the deck. We alerted the owners and they said they'd take care of it-so hopefully the next family that visits won't have that issue. It didn't keep the kids from trying to get into the pole barn. They have a golf cart you can use to roam around the property which is an added feature. We would definitely return to this location as we wished we could have explored Pine Lake more with more time.

Quick Vacation

We had a great time in La Porte. House is beautiful and very clean. Pool was awesome! It was a bit cool, but with the pool being heated we could still use it. The property is beautiful, we saw deer a few times. Watched movies at night in the pool barn. Jason responded quickly to questions. Thank you!

Unbelievable property- excellent hosts!

We stayed at Jason’s place for a summer vacation, three small families of cousins. The Property is vast and private, there is so much to do on the property that one day at least half of us didn’t even leave the property the whole day! The owner is a great communicator and is happy to help you with anything throughout the day. The pool is amazing and both the adults and kids spent many hours a day in the pool. The rooms are tastefully decorated. There are so many different places in the house where people can congregate, the dining room, the kitchen, the downstairs entertainment area, the pool/back deck, and the pole barn. We had a great time, and I hope we can come back! We’ve stayed at many VRBOs over the years, but I know the kids will all be asking for this place again and again!

4th of July family fun

Was an awesome place to stay. Family of 7 adults and 6 kiddos. Grands had more stuff to do than they could imagine letting all the adults relax. Pool was the highlight, along with all of the activities for kids and parents in the pole barn. Blackstone was great for planning meals. Used it for breakfast and dinner everyday. Family kickball games on the ball diamond. And only a 20 minute up to the beach on Lake Michigan

This beautiful house offers an exceptional blend of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal place for a group of family and friends to gather. 20 minutes from the casino, 10 minutes to multiple golf course, and plenty of space outside to keep you entertained. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Incredible vacation spot for families!

We loved this place! We had 8 adults and 6 grandkids (4, 3, 2, 1, and twin 7 month olds). The house was set up great; beds were comfy, bathrooms were large and updated; kitchen had everything you would need. Outside deck had a Blackstone grill and a tabletop fire pit were a great addition. Beautiful property with an in ground pool w/slide and where kids could touch the bottom and all the toys (balls, rafts, goggles). A hot tub, trampoline, playground, pole barn with theater seating, basketball goal, and preschool toys. You literally could just bring clothes and food and you’d be set!! We can’t recommend this house enough!
