Il s'agit d'une toute nouvelle maison terminée en mars 2017. Il a de magnifiques vues dégagées sur Pine Valley Mountain et la région de Black Ridge. Cette maison impeccable est bien aménagée avec tout le confort de la maison pour votre plaisir. Un beau décor du sud-ouest et la simplicité, il est facile de se détendre et de profiter. Apportez votre vélo de montagne ou VTT car vous êtes à proximité de certains des meilleurs sites d'équitation de la région.
Promenade dans le placard dans Master Bath. 8 couchages Confortablement avec un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 8 personnes. 2 téléviseurs à écran plat avec Dish Network, Netflix, Hulu et Internet sans fil. Laveuse et sécheuse. La cuisine moderne est entièrement équipée. Garage privé pour 2 voitures. Il dispose d'un magnifique patio privé avec barbecue et foyer au gaz naturel. Des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes de VTT sont à proximité. 25 minutes de St. George et à 25 minutes du parc national de Zions. Tyler was an excellent host from information about the area to check-in and check-out. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. View from the back yard is amazing! Highly recommend to stay here as long as you don't mind driving a bit to go out to dinner as that will require a drive of 10 miles in some cases to Hurricane or back in Springdale.

This is a very nice rental property that was spacious and clean for our family of 4. Wonderful mountain views. Great home base for Zion and Bryce National Parks. Tyler was readily available with any questions or concerns. He even provided a packet with all the home information, things to do, restaurants in the area which was very beneficial for us first time visitors to the southern Utah area. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights for our spring break road trip vacation. The house location was super convenient and easy to get to from Las Vegas. The views from the house were beautiful. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the whole family felt at home almost right away. We were able to take day trips to Zion easily and the host left some great recommendations for take out. Overall, everything was wonderful we would stay here again.

Property was amazing! I was very happy with the cleanliness, layout, comfort level. It was the outdoor space and views that drew me in. Beautiful Mountain View’s from a private backyard. Had everything we needed. Large kitchen that was well appointed. 20 mile to the park entrance. Very close to the grocery store. Highly recommend the property!

This property lived up to all the other great reviews. The location is absolutely perfect for trips to Zion, Kolob or Bryce. Easy access to I-15, UT-9 or downtown La Verkin. The backyard view is breathtaking and so wonderful to sit out at the fire after a day of hiking. The house is awesome and has plenty of room for everyone. I would have no problems stay here again or recommending it to anyone. It was truly a perfect stay!!

This property was perfect for us. Everything about the property was just as described and better. Extremely quiet neighborhood and beautiful views! We were able to travel east to Zion NP and NW to the other side of Zion (Kolob Canyon) and from there just a little further to Cedar City and Cedar Breaks National Monument.

This home was very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had a lovely view out the back. We loved coming home after a long day in the park and having a nice home in which to relax away from the busyness of Springdale. The garage was a nice bonus, since it got cold at night while we were there. The backyard is private, equipped with a large gas grill and fire pit, and a view of the mountains. There is also an indoor gas fireplace which we enjoyed on colder nights. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage space. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was well stocked with everything you need for your stay including a welcome basket, condiments, creamer, and baggies for packing your lunches! Communication with the owner was excellent. We appreciated how proactive he was in making sure we had the address, directions, etc., again on the day of our arrival. It is a 30 minute, easy drive to the park entrance. If you cannot make it to the park early enough to get a parking spot at the visitors center, then park at one of the bus stops in Springdale and pay to park to take the Springdale shuttle into the park. We felt that even accounting for a parking fee in Springdale it was worth staying at this nice, roomy, quiet, more economical home than staying in Springdale! Also, LaVerkin is closer to the Kolob Canyons section of Zion, where it is less crowded and has some beautiful hiking. We would absolutely stay here again!

This location was a short drive to the Zion south entrance. And also short drive to St. George where there is a lot of good restaurants and shopping. The house is within walking distance of a grocery store and coffee shop. It has a nice area in the back yard to sit and relax either by the fire pit or just sit out And enjoy drinks or coffee in the morning park right next door to this house makes it a great place for families with small kids.

We lived staying here our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon! It was stunning to wake up to the views and sit by the fire pit in the evenings recounting our day over a smore! Perfect location with a grocery store and gas just minutes away. Higher recommend to anyone visiting Zion or Bruce! Tyler was super easy to communicate with.

We stayed here while visiting Zion. The property was amazing! Very clean and well kept. The home was well stocked with all essentials and the property owner was very attentive to any possible needs we may have had! The location is perfect for access top the main Zion Canyon and the outskirt options of Zion, to get away from the crowds! We were extremely pleased with our experience and LaVerkin is a wonderful town with access to shopping and many restaurant choices! Wonderful place and highly recommended! Would look to stay here again should our travels take us this way!

Great views, roomy space, comfortable beds welcomed after our after long Zion hikes, all kitchenware and supplies were provided. Everything we needed was there plus more. The beautiful 20 minute drive to the park was no issue for us. We found groceries and restaurants in between. Everything was in perfect working condition and cleanliness was impeccable. We cooked dinner most nights and had all we needed to do so. The fire pit and party lights were used nightly. The master bed and pillows were wonderful. Great experience!
