« There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....

« This place is excellent value for money! The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff are lovely. They don't have a reception so you need to ring a bell when you need any assistance (if no one is around), but for me, that was no issue. Rented a scooter from them and ate at the restaurant a few times. All-round great place! »

« We had such a wonderful time staying at Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak as a family with children. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly designed for a relaxing family stay. The pool areas, the beach access, and the overall atmosphere made it very enjoyable for both adults and kids. What truly made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They were very accommodating...
