The property has 7 bedrooms, 6 of which are en suite, ensuring greater comfort and privacy for guests. It also features a guest WC, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private parking for 4/5 cars and spacious terraces perfect for outdoor dining and sunset views. There is also a dedicated games room with a video game console and a sofa bed, ideal for children, teenagers or additional guests.

Casa das Conchas is equipped with a heated pool, available for a supplement of €71.50 per day (minimum value per stay: €500). We request a minimum notice of 120 hours, corresponding to the time needed for the pool to reach the regulated temperature. The heating system allows the water temperature to be increased by approximately 3°C to 5°C above the temperature of an unheated pool.

Lagoa Tourist Tax

A tourist tax of €2 per person per night is charged between 1 April and 31 October, and €1 per person per night between 1 November and 31 March. The tax applies to guests aged 13 years and over, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person per stay.

Pool and Garden Maintenance:

To ensure that the pool and garden are kept in the best condition, periodic maintenance may be carried out during your stay. Technicians may briefly access only the external areas of the property to carry out this work. No access to the interior of the accommodation will be necessary.
