„Booked on Expedia and paid. Got there and they said they had no reservation and they’re fully booked. No one is talking about my refund. Expedia hasn’t contacted me and the hotel didn’t give me a refund. I’m not sure why I’m getting survey link. I didn’t stay there!!!!“

„When compared to the previous property I stayed, Montana is far better. It's really clean inside and staff are relatively helpful. The breakfast is nice and tasty but limited portion. Overall it was a good experience. However, I would like to see improvements in the building maintenance on the inside. For instance, the gym is a no go place. It is smelly and rusty. Expensive equipment should be put to use and not allow to grow dust. It is a good hotel and home away from home. “
