This property was highly disappointing and did not accurately reflect the listing description. Upon check-in, we encountered several issues, including non-functioning dining room light bulbs, an inoperative AC system, and a guest bathroom toilet that did not flush consistently.I initially attempted to contact the provided number, but it was unavailable after hours. With a one-year-old child and insufficient lighting, we had to seek assistance from an on-site maintenance worker around 9:00 PM. Despite turning on the AC at approximately 1:00 PM, the unit remained above 80 degrees, creating an uncomfortable environment—particularly for a family with a young child.The following morning, I contacted VRBO customer service, but the experience was equally frustrating. The representative was dismissive and stated that inspection photos indicated no issues. I was also informed that the listing disclosed the absence of traditional air conditioning, referencing only a “chilling system.” However, this detail was not clearly communicated at the time of booking and was only noted later in the arrival instructions. The only recommendation provided was to close the blinds, which did not resolve the issue.Additionally, there was a leak from the bottom corner of the freezer, resulting in water pooling on the floor and creating a potential safety hazard.
