« We were greeted with a very warm welcome. The directions to the house were easy to find. Nice neighborhood. Friendly staff and they were available to answer any questions. It was a bit cold but they provided extra warm blankets. I will stay here again. Check in and check out was no hustle at all. Thank you. »

« There is nothing I didn't like... its excellent and others should discover the place. The setting and location is very ideal. Its quiet and gives a feeling of "being home away from home" real meaning. The security arrangements is excellent and the caretaker (Brenda) is just fantabulous! The power arrangement is great and even load shedding has no effect on the comfort and ambience of Acacia Place. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. »

« Upon arrival in this lovely treed garden I met Munashe who was most welcoming, friendly and helpful - addressing my immediate needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay. My advice for improvements include - providing host mobile number to guest; display of wifi password in the room and checking regularly the gas levels for shower. »

"This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hĂŽtels like that. "

"La porte d'entrĂ©e doit ĂȘtre en carton, on entendait tout du couloir. Baie vitrĂ©e idem. VMC de salle de bain, on avait l'impression qu'il y avait un helicopter. Le restaurant Ă©tait fermĂ©e."
