„Older & very cool up-side-down boat houses. The first 7 units are near roadside, face ocean & are very quiet (baring any possible noise from neighbor guests). Others are behind front units, in back on lower-rear road. Dont believe the Hot-Tub images you see on some Internet postings, showing a hot-tub in front of units facing ocean....they dont exist.
