« The loft was fairly new & very cute. Great decor. Comfy, soft bed. Had to text & call owner for the check in information late in day, but she responded & all was OK.
It was the 4th of July & someone blocked the parking entrance which was concerning, and lots of fireworks after 10pm. Those are outside of the owner' control, but think you should know in case you plan to stay around a holiday. »

« Nice small place. Good for one; could be cozy for two but no more than that. Nice location in a neighborhood near the Women’s college with easy access to freeways. Bed was fine and shower water pressure was fine. Bath is small, kitchenette is functional, and the fridge works fine. « I got this place for my parents to stay at. It was clean, pictures were accurate, and host communicated quickly and effectively. However, lights were not working in the living room area and front porch. Host did offer to send an electrician, but this feels like something that should have been checked prior to guests arrival. My parents also noticed on their last day that the refrigerator was leaking and causing a wet spot on the corner of the rug. Finally, maybe this was just me, but the wording...

« The smell in the apt was awful. Smelled dirty even though it appeared tidy/clean. Carpet was old & disgusting. Could not open any windows to air out. Turned on air when arriving hoping that would help smell while we stepped out for a few hours but that did not help. When we arrived back we left because we could not stay there due to smell & had to pay for a hotel about 10min down the road. »
