« House really needs a good deep cleaning. Floors needed vacuumed, bathroom sink was dirty and the wall had toothpaste splattered on it. There were only 2 wash cloths for 5 people so we had to drive 30 minutes to buy new ones. The yard needs picked up also, not very inviting. Trash, wood and junk scattered around. »

« Cute place. The outdoor grill was not in good shape. But overall the vrbo was in good condition. Decently clean. Not a bad location. Owner was clear and highly communicative. I could tell they were using Ai or automated messages for most of the communication however. »

« We looked forward to a good experience. It was much less, in fact it was terrible. An hour after checking in, I received a phone call from the owner. She wanted to be “fully transparent” about a problem. She said the previous renter apparently allowed a mouse to get into the house. The cleaning person had been there the day before we arrived, noticed mouse droppings in the kitchen near the stove and contacted the owner about the issue.
