« This property has everything you want and need. It is the most well stocked home I’ve ever rented. I’ve been back numerous times visiting my daughter at college. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms and bedrooms. The host is very responsive to any needs and communicates well in the time leading up to the trip. »

« If you want to find a slice of old Florida, with direct access to a pristine lake, then this place won't disappoint!We stayed for only a couple of nights, but very much wish it had been more. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also enormous, with a separate bathroom which was far bigger than expected.The pictures don't really do this place justice. « We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

« Lake house blue is a beautiful, relaxing vacation house! It feels like you’re on a boat without the rocking. We absolutely loved our stay. No complaints. Dean is an excellent host. Easy to contact and responds quickly. The home is laid out perfectly and is well stocked for cooking your catch! We hope to return again sooner rather than later! »

« Property was exactly what we were needing. Ample space. Access to the Saint Johns River and Lake George were very easy and convenient. Boat parking at end of canal was really nice. Plenty of room for two 22 to 24 foot boats. »

« The unit is remote with a beautiful view of the water. Unfortunately, the unit is dated and needs updating and wasn’t as clean as we expected. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our time. Fishing off the dock was amazing! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s place. The house is absolutely beautiful, fully renovated, and everything feels clean and fresh. It’s so peaceful by the water, which made the whole trip really relaxing. The theater room was awesome, such a fun space to hang out. Josh was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. You can tell he cares about making sure his guests have a great experience. We’d definitely stay again. »
