You have full access to the entire home. A locked utility/supply closet is reserved for property maintenance — everything else is yours to enjoy.

By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

- No pets allowed.

- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Thank you!

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

- Seasonal Beach Access: Spend summer days at the Lake Harmony Estates (LHEPOA) beach! Guests can enjoy beach access from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.

- Community Tennis and Shuffleboard Courts: Enjoy some fun and recreation at the courts, open from dawn to dusk. We kindly ask that you bring your own equipment and enjoy the courts responsibly.

- A Note About Air Conditioning: Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning. Two upstairs wall-mounted AC units are provided; however, the main-floor bedrooms and loft do not have dedicated air conditioning.

- If beach passes are lost or not returned, a $100 replacement fee per pass will be charged to the guest.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
