Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. »

« Nice little tree house in the backyard of a residence. The backyard is a little messy with construction material and stuff. Bed is a loft that requires climbing a ladder to get in and out of bed (agility). Worked well for my wife and I as were gone most of the day and returned just to sleep. Decent little kitchen but no coffee maker. Overall, happy with it. »

« We can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect for the 6 of us while we were in Gainesville for a wedding. The owner is awesome and was always only a text away. There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. « Absolutely loved the house — very clean and comfy. Only minor glitches were the lack of a handrail on a portion of the stairs, a rather high step getting into the house, and part of the backyard fence was down. The high step and handrail thing required the elders in our group (77 and 98) to be assisted when going up or down, but there were plenty of willing helpers so easily overcome.
