„Great experience. The house is clean, bright and comfortable. The hosts responded promptly to any messages. We even received a message letting us know the house was ready for us well in advance of regular check-in. The only thing missing is outdoor furniture. There was nowhere to sit outside and enjoy the evening. Would definitely stay there again. “

„Great location and proximity to Duluth and attractions. Beautiful spot on the water with deck and kayaks to use. House is very spacious with lots of various entertaining rooms. It is very dated- floors creak a lot, no central air and window units make for varying levels of cool and humidity throughout. The water is hard with a slight odor and yellowish color. „This was a great property for large family sizes. We had young kids 1-4 years old and we all had a blast. The kids loved the large space to play. The many bedrooms made it easy for a quiet nap place. The large kitchen and living room was perfect for accommodating our group. „Shower didn't drain well. Shower handle was hard to figure out to get desired temperature. We enjoyed use of the kayaks and the dock. We loved having a sandy beach and fire pit. TV was very nice for watching the Olympics. Overall, the house and outdoor area met our needs very well. “

„Upsides: close to trails, close to gas station and great restaurant! Had shampoo and conditioner and laundry soap and q tips! Left plenty of toilet paper and had code entry so we didn’t have to worry about losing a key! Downside: no central air, had one bedroom window unit and another unit in the living room upstairs that couldn’t be moved. We had to run them on high the entire time to keep the place cool. We had 6 adults but only 3 coffee cups so only half of us could drink coffee at one time.“

„Labor Day weekend on Park Point. Loved the cottage, perfect for us. Right on the harbor, fantastic kitchen and baths, nice bed and mattress, easy to Canal Park and all of Duluth. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!!“

„We enjoyed the spacious bathrooms and living areas in this home five minutes from beautiful Amnicon Falls. A large deck with beautiful woodland view and huge mowed lawn would be fun for family gathering. Kitchen was our favorite hangout place. Bonus was the working piano and air hockey downstairs. Some updating is needed to downstairs bath fixtures. Host Rae Ann was very responsive and kind.“

„The property is very nice, lake is very quiet. Very relaxing week. We ventured to Amnicon Falls State Park and Pattison State Park for hiking. Did a 12 mile kayak trip on Brule river and went to Duluth for a day. All are eady drives from the house.“

„This is a fantastic place to stay! It’s near our son’s family so I know we will be staying there again and have told family & friends. It is a clean very well decorated place. Be aware that there are no condiments-fridge was empty so plenty of room for your own food stuff. Highly recommend!“
