Community Amenities



Southwood Shores Condos is a gated lakeside community with two outdoor pools (one overlooking the lake down the hill, one at the main office building), a shared hot tub, tennis courts, boat dock access, a playground, and a community park directly across the street. A designated swimming area and fish cleaning station are available on the property. Note that community quiet hours run from 11 PM to 8 AM, including the outdoor patio area. No glass containers are permitted at pools, the hot tub, tennis courts, or the boat dock - melamine plates and glasses are provided for outdoor use. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in community areas.



Guest Access:

Self-check-in is quick and easy with coded smart lock. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the paved lot - flat and easy to navigate. Your host is available should any questions come up during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

★ No pets allowed

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ Wheelchair ramp at the front entrance for accessible entry

★ Quiet hours: 11 PM to 8 AM (enforced by HOA - applies to outdoor patio as well)

★ No charcoal or pellet grills permitted anywhere on the property

★ No glass containers at pools, hot tub, tennis courts, or boat docks

★ No fireworks or firearms of any kind permitted on property

★ No rollerblades, skates, or skateboards in the common areas

★ Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in all community spaces

★ No swimming off the boat docks - designated swimming area is near building 103

★ Dumpster located across the parking spaces from the unit
