The home is beautiful, and the furniture, mattresses, and linens were all very comfortable. Everything was clean and clearly high quality, and it’s obvious that a lot of care went into preparing the home. Even small details, like the soft toilet paper, were appreciated.We had a wonderful stay overall. The only minor challenges were related to communication and the hot tub. We received the entry code shortly after our check-in time, which caused a brief delay at arrival, but everything was resolved quickly. For the hot tub, we paid the additional fee to have it filled and cleaned; while the water itself was fine, there was a small amount of sand at the bottom, so it may not have been fully cleaned beforehand.Despite these small issues, the home itself was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and would just plan to touch base with the owner a bit earlier prior to arrival.

Home away from home!!!

I just want to say thank you to the owners of this property. Our family had an amazing time enjoying the awesome house and beautiful lake. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is new and set up in a way that allows everyone to have their own space while all still being together. It’s beyond clean and makes you feel like you’re at home. The views are amazing and it’s a hard place to say goodbye to. If you book a stay here you won’t regret it.

Fabulous lake house!

A group of us were looking for a beautiful, scenic lake home in central Florida and this home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, had an exceptional view, three wonderful seating areas (screened porch, under a tree in the yard, and on a covered dock) for relaxing and talking, and it was perfectly outfitted. The manager was delightful and they set it up to have everything we needed. Will definitely itself be back!

If you like what you see in the photos and description, then you will like this property. It is exactly as portrayed in the listing. The views are actually better than in the photos. It is obvious that the owner invests time/$$$ to keep his property in top condition...no surprises here. Everything is modern and in order. You can book with complete confidence.

Like new, fun family getaway

The lake house was in like new condition and very spacious…crazy clean, high quality mattresses and pillows… the whole house was well stocked with everything we needed for 12 people…awesome patio area w/room for everyone from the large screen flatscreen tv, to the comfortable outdoor furniture, ping pong table and hot tub. We really enjoyed watching football from the hot tub! The water trampoline was SO much fun for the kids (and adults). We rented jet skis from a local rental company and highly recommended it. The lake is large and beautiful! The owners were super attentive and communicated well. We would love to go back! . ☺️

Beautiful home, perfect for family!

We absolutely loved staying here! 3 comfortable king size beds was great for the adults. Beautiful lake views from the kitchen, dining, living, screened porch areas. Really enjoyed the tree shaded chair deck, to watch the kids play on the sandy beach area, rope swing and water trampoline. Boat dock was roomy with nice seating for sitting in the shade or catching some sun. I thank Andrew for sharing his idyllic Lake Home with us! Great communication with him!

Absolutely beautiful lake home!!! Very clean & every bed was so comfortable! The view of Lake June every morning was stunning. Every amenity that you could think of was at this home. We had 8 adults in for a family wedding. Everyone enjoyed staying in this home!

Peaceful, Beautiful and Clean House

Such a peaceful place to stay! The water pressure in the shower was great. The tap water tasted funny because we are not from there, so we brought gallons of water for the coffee Keurig machine. We had fun fishing when weather permitted. We had to keep an eye on the January wind because if it was too strong, it made it tough to dock the pontoon boat. The bbq brisket at Dock 633 is mouth watering delicious. Jaxson's has yummy burgers. Golden Corral "Grill" is not like regular Golden Corrals. It just has a salad buffet and menu. We did enjoy their chocolate cream pie. We spotted some wild hogs driving through Highlands Hammock Park in Sebring. They have a nice bike trail. We also fed Ringed-tail Lemurs at Safari Wilderness in Lakeland. We went to the movies at AMC in Sebring and had Sesame Chicken at the mall there. We also went to 3 different Bealls Department Stores in the area (I think in Avon, Sebring and Lake Placid). I love Bealls!! I had lots of luck with my plus size figure. Maybe the owners or guest can put more shells behind the house in the sand area. My grandkids sure had fun searching for them and did find a few. I loved their Lazy Boy recliner (so comfy). My husband was happy on the couch with the reclining ends. He had a hard time finding the buttons. They are tucked in deep on the inside part of the couch. Maybe the owner can make a note to guest on the coffee table explaining that. ;) It was truly a beautiful place to stay.

Better than the pictures

We just had a great stay at Andrew's place. The property itself is in pristine conditions, as well as all the furniture and decorations. The floor plan is great, there is a very large kids room that can accommodate a LOT of kids, and 3 other bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms (total 4 br in the property), which made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen has every utensil you can possibly think of, and more. The common areas are large and spacious, indoors and outdoors. We went in the winter so we weren't able to experience all the outdoor water activities; however, the kids were able to get in the lake and the little beach area is just perfect for small kids. We loved everything about this property and we truly recommend it to any future guests.

This was an awesome property. The house is complete with everything you could want. Plenty to keep everyone occupied and happy. Fishing was really good and pontoon rental was a good way to see the lake and enjoy a sunny afternoon. Owner kind and very responsive. House was very clean and comfortable. 👍😊

Third time staying at this lovely home on the lake. Wonderful place and great check-in and communications with the owner. Highly recommend for a lake getaway or for a trip to Sebring raceway.

We spent Thanksgiving week at this lake house and had a fantastic time. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked with anything you might need (it even included a turkey pan for turkey day!). The house is exactly as pictured and in immaculate condition. Andrew is a great host. We contacted him a couple of times with minor issues and he was prompt to respond and solve them, he even sent someone to help with a minor mishap with the jacuzzi the same day. We'll surely be back the moment we have another opportunity.

Wonderful house

This was our second time this year staying at this home and again was a wonderful vacation. We frequently visit the area and have for many years. This has been our favorite property to stay at!
