„Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Francis House! The house housed 8 comfortably with plenty of interesting rooms for the kids (and adults) to explore, a great yard, and stocked firepit. The location couldn't have been better, minutes from downtown Ontonagon, right down the street from groceries/gas, and smack dab in the middle of all the hiking, beaches, and waterfalls you could ask for.“

„This was long way to travel but we knew it would be worth it and it was. Bonfire location in the yard was our meeting place, we brought our own wood but excellent wood was provided and a very pleasant surprise. Beds were comfortable, lots to do in the area, wildlife was a pleasure to wake up to. The best fishing, hiking and rockhounding we won't forgot anytime soon.“

„Perfect location between Ontonagan and the porcupine mtns. It was the perfect place to relax after hiking all day or visiting town. We also had a great time looking for yooperlites, unfortunatley we didnt find any but there is always next time!“

„Jason responded quickly when I contacted him for check-in instructions, then again, for the WiFi password. The house was full of extras like soap/shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee, and extra toilet paper and sheets—we had to run to town for a lighter for the fire pit, but I can see where that would be difficult to keep at a rental house! One member of our group did lament the lack of an entry step handrail. Other than that, the beach, the location, and the home are all gorgeous and relaxing. ...
