Overall, a really good experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I originally booked through Expedia but had to cancel due to a severe storm. Expedia declined the refund, but the hotel manager was gracious enough to let me reschedule—huge points for customer service.
The hotel itself is super cute with a modern vibe. Pros include a great lobby with excellent coffee and a full bar. Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus also looked solid, though we didn’t get a chance to dine there. The location is fantastic—less than a 10-minute walk to Heavenly’s gondola and close to shops and restaurants in a very lively area.
The main con was that the room was pretty basic. There was no coffee machine, which was a bit of a bummer. That said, we did receive two free non-alcoholic drink tickets for booking through Expedia, which we used for lattes—and they were delicious.
We stayed in Building 6 where the suites are located, so it’s across the street from the lobby and hot tub. Not a huge deal, but I would have preferred being closer to the main amenities.
Overall, a solid stay and I would recommend it.
