« Contact with the owner was quick and easy. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. « The property was impeccably clean. New state-of-the-art appliances. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds. Great location near pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Parking right in from of the unit for two cars, and additional parking just behind is a big plusThe only drawback was that the common (living room) has limited seating. There is a nice deck with a big dining table, but that would not be ideal in cold weather. »
