« Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. « The place is beautiful. Ambience was giving romantic renaissance! I was very pleased with the privacy, room decor, pool landscaping and furnishings. I didn’t however see a roach and a few other small bugs. Also the water mysteriously got turned off the last morning I was there and I couldn’t reach anyone about it. « Nice peaceful stay and very nice and clean environment »

« On a positive note, the property is clean and well looked after.However, the breakfast area was full of noisy fans and had limited seating due to a recent water leak. The bar was not open due to staffing and the hotel had few amenities. Breakfast menu was very limited and affected by the leak in the ceiling. Staff were somewhat helpful, but didn’t offer a welcoming vibe. Rooms were dated and not very functional. »

« L’odeur de la chambre était horrible. Le bain était taché. L’air climatisé fonctionnait bien. Lors du check in vers 21h, nous avons essayé d’avoir une serviette supplémentaire parce qu’il y en avait juste deux pour une chambre de 4 personnes et ils n’avaient pas accès aux serviettes à cette heure. En sommes, nous avons eu ce que nous avons payé pour. Par chance, on allait à la chambre juste pour dormir. »

« Dirty room, bad smell, lots of dust and long hair in the very old looking bathroom, noisy AC, shower head with no pressure, dirty windows … I really enjoy best western venues in general, this one was, by far, the worst I’ve been to »
