All our beds are high quality memory foam mattresses.

- We provide clean linens, pillows, towels, as well as hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc.
- Baby Pack N’ Plays, high chairs can be requested in advance.

POOL & HOT TUB

- Pool Heating: Available upon advance request for an additional $40 per night. The pool can be heated up to 85°F.

- Saltwater Pool: Enjoy our refreshing saltwater pool, spacious pool deck, outdoor dining area, and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs.

- Hot Tub: Relax in our hot tub with beautiful views of the lake! Hot tub heating is included at no additional charge, with temperatures up to 104°F.

OUTDOOR

- Very large fenced backyard with beautiful lake view, hammocks, fire pit

- Enjoy the view of an Amazing Floridian Ecosystem from our pontoon boat dock (the pontoon boat is not for navigation but used as dock extension and fishing area)

DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

By booking the House you agree that if the police are called to the House for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation

To help secure The House, and for you and your guest’s security, the front yard , parking areas contain security cameras. We want our Guests and The House to be as safe as possible.
