There is a spa in our photos but is not an amenity guests may use. The pool IS usable by guests.

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests with room to breathe. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bath - your own quiet corner of the home. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth is fitted with twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for younger guests or those who just need a comfortable place to land. Three full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly, no matter the group size.



Kitchen & dining

The open-concept kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas, keeping everyone connected whether you're cooking or catching up. A large island with bar seating anchors the space, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics. Pull up a chair at the dining table for family dinners, or keep it casual at the island.



Outdoor living

The screened lanai is where this home truly comes into its own. Step outside to a private in-ground pool set within a covered, enclosed patio that offers comfortable seating and an outdoor dining area. The screened enclosure keeps things pleasant and private, whether you're swimming laps, reading in the shade, or sharing a meal al fresco.

Working remotely or settling in for an extended stay? A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi have you covered. The single-level layout is easy to navigate, and the home also includes a washer, dryer, clothing storage, and garage parking - everything you need to treat this as a proper home base. Exterior security cameras and a smoke alarm are in place for peace of mind.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit (Required)

Guests are required to provide a refundable security deposit after booking via our CJR Stays Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.



Optional Add-Ons (Subject to Availability)

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

• 1 hour: $59

• 2 hours: $89



Mid-Stay Cleaning

• $200 cleaning reset for extended stays (includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens)
