« The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!! »

« Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you! »

« Very clean and well maintained. The TV was about 32 inches which isnt a big deal but its nice to watch TV in your room at night. The "beach towels" are tiny so take your own. Continental breakfast is "chilled food" so toast cereal yogurt. Kids in the adult pool most of the time. But overall for the price it was worth it. »

« Nous avons séjourné deux nuits, très près de cedar point. Parfait pour nous. La chambre était propre ainsi que la piscine. Le petit déjeuné pourrais s’améliorer; muffin/gateaux, céréale sucré… manque de fraîcheur mais les usa c’est comme ça! Je vous le recommande »

« Room was clean, besides the black crust from the toilet. Staff was the best part. Parking was, parking. Not many ppl there when I went. Air conditioning worked and the hot water was nice. BUT!! The outside window to my room could be opened by a 4yo that's curious. Rotted out windows. Refrigerator didn't work in the room. Vending machine didn't work. Nothing worked. THE WINDOWS!! Never been so scared to go to sleep in my life. And I camp outside with bears and stuff »

« Checking in wasn't too bad once we figured out where to go. The shower stopped up the first night so I called the front desk and was told 'I will let maintenance know" We never saw them or heard from them. So the next morning, I let housekeeping know about it being stopped up again and was told again....I will let maintenance know. Still nothing from anyone. « Staff at the Lobby is super friendly. Overall the place is fine but could be cleaner amd could use a little refurbishment. Been there 3 nights and not once did the housekeeping staff come. Great location to be near Cedar Point but for the price i would have expected a bit more. »

« We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful. »
