« Very nice and clean hotel. Room big enough, confortable with Airco. Close.to.east railway station..no noise from train at all..convenient for taxi Didi pick up. The receptionist extended the leaving timing to recover from jet lag. Much appreciated. »

« Le salon de massage n’est pas un salon de massage j’ai payé pour un massage mais je n’est pas un vrais massage comme demandé »

« The hotel service is very friendly. It is located in the center of Tianhe District, and the transportation is very convenient. Downstairs is the subway entrance. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The public areas are neat and elegant. The room layout is simple and generous. The hygiene is in place. The bedding is soft and the sleeps very soundly. Focus on the breakfast. The variety of dishes is very rich, both Chinese and Western styles. Hot dishes, noodles,...

« La communication était pas top car le personnel ne faisait aucun efforts pour parler l'anglais. »

« The room is pretty sizable, clean, convenient. »

« 悪くなかった。 »

« I booked a business room and just get the smallest room without window. Even complaining at the reception by showing my reservation, they refuse to give the room for what I pay. They also don't speak English at this hotel, and serve this argument to not talk to you to solve any problem. The location is fare from shopping area or entertainment area. »

« Choosing this hotel for my first visit to Guangzhou was a good decision. I was satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and hygienic! It's only a 20-minute subway ride to Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Center. It's also a good choice for business trips. The coffee tastes good, and there are plenty of big shopping malls nearby. »

« Booked through Expedia but unfortunately hotel did not have a confirmed booking. Had to pay again at the hotel. It was frustrating after a delayed long flight from Sydney. Luckily I had a friend who could translate to sort out the bookings and the front desk staff handled it professionally. I provided Expedia with all the documents to prove double payments and it resulted in a refund after a few days. From now on, I will personally confirm directly with booked hotels to avoid a repeat. »
