Hotel Langston

« JE me suis trompe dans ma reservation je ne suis pas venu la nuit du 31 OCT au 1 NOV car je pensais avoir reserve du 1 NOV au 2 NOV le gerant n,a pas voulu ou pas put me reporter ma reservation ,pourriez vous avoir un geste commercial et me rembourser sur mon compte la nuitee non effectuee ;merci d,avance de votre reponse ,bien cordialement Mr gualdi »

« The staff was excellent, kind, cheerful and always ready to help. Parking lot is well lighted . There is only one elevator and 4 floors, so it does get congested for guests and cleaning crew. The room walls are thin enough to hear normal conversations from guests. Would I stay here again, yes....but only on the first floor. »

« Comfortable bed. Clean. Easy in and out. Close by the Unclaimed Baggage store!!! A real treat. »

« The air conditioner was full of mold and nasty stuff. The bath tub wouldn't drain right the a/c didn't work very good. They didn't clean the room very good the floor looked like it had never been mopped. »

« Walmart is just in the parking lot nexo to it. 1 minute walk or less. It made it pratical for me »

« These people are awful terrible and I really had to beg for a towel. The floors were disgusting and nasty. They will not give you coffee with sugar and cream unless you beg for it!!! I got so angry with these people I wanted to scream at them!!! I couldn't get a refund on my 4 nights and that made it worse! I came here for business and to make money and my last night here was to get some sleep and they pounded at the door at o early thirty waking me up to ask me if I was leaving today!!! CHECK...

« Chambre impeccable, personnels courtois. Vue sur le lac magnifique. L'ascenseur à quelques soucis de fonctionnement. Fonctionne quand il le veut. Bon repas. »

« Staff were amazing. Room was clean and had a very recently fully renovated/updated bathroom. View was nice. Location was perfect for us. Price was great. »

« I have always liked staying there. I find it very pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are pretty clean very friendly staff never use the pool. I catch breakfast, but there are always very good looking fruit at all times if anyone desire a snack. I never had a problem there before but Friday 17th was very different from any other stay,I only close the bathroom door when taking a shower but that particular day the door kept rolling back so as I grabbed it to close it one last time I didn’t realize...

« The staff was amazing, Everyone was nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There were many options to choose from. LOVED the pool. It was clean and maintained. It is not a huge pool, but it was great. The only issue I would say we had was the lake of chairs in the dining space. There were not enough for the tables. »
