Back yard not private, garage not included, backyard cluttered with downed limbs, everything outside stained orange, grill filthy, patio furniture orange and rusted, screened in porch had huge gaps in screens, screen door slammed shut on you, all cabinets were full of owner's items, knives were dull and dirty, pots and pans were filthy, missing many necessary kitchen items, freezer smelled, no dish clothes, no smoke alarm, NOT granite countertops, only island, not clean under beds or behind furniture, foam? mattresses very uncomfortable, double sheets and king blankets on queen beds (no comforters)cheap towels, mold in air ducts, bathtub and fixtures and shower curtain dirty, other shower dirty and very small, sewage system disgustingly backed up into small shower twice, locks to the outside doors very difficult, awful mold odor in pantry and guest bedroom closet, moth ball smell very strong in linen closet, fan in guest bedroom squeaked, lights in main bedroom had to be screwed to turn on, very bright in am, road noisy for master bedroom, could hear train in both bedrooms, some bug drilled holes repeatedly in guestroom strange bugs hatched in picture window and a few cockroaches and a bug the size of a small bat. Windows very difficult to open and close. Location was good, appliances were good and tv cable (Xfinity) was very good.
