Proche de la mer (5 grosses minutes à pied), calme, chambres correctes, nourriture moyenne. Heure de checkout affichée sur la carte etait différente de l'heure réelle (affichée à la reception).

Personnel de l'accueil poli et plaisant ainsi que la responsable, hôtel bien situé à 10 minutes du centre. La chambre est de bonne dimension mais intérieur un peu vétuste. Buffet très répétitif et plutôt fait pour les clients anglais. Piscine non chauffée et très froide. Nous venons 4 fois par an sur l'île et avons fait le mauvais choix pour cet hôtel.

Very good stay. Great location. All inclusive was great. Constant food and drink. Great pool. Good sunbathing area. Rooms were nice. Beds and pillows uncomfortable however. Still highly recommend.

Very very small hotel which this comes a very small buffet and only one pool bar. The bar was fine all though limited selection it was never busy and always served with a smile. The pool area always very clean House keeping ever other day which meant damp bathroom towels. Entertainment only Mondays and Thursdays. Hire of beach towels at €1 a day for the cheap small towels and €3 for the bigger ones. Walk down the road and buy a towel for €4

Hotel was lovely, 5 minutes down to beach, shops for amenities very close by, pool was lovely but cold for about 10 seconds then you get used to it, food it is what it is breakfast nothing to worry about, only ate lunch once and it was fine and for dinner there was always something to eat, drinks fine (need to work on the cocktails though), room was perfect for us no complaints there, all in all we had a good time

A lovely stay, great value for all inclusive option. Some may find food choice limited compared to other all incl but being vegan we had no issues in terms of salad veg rice chips potatoes etc. It's perfectly adequate if you allow to eat out locally a couple of nights as huge choice of lovely restaurants nearby. Meal times are set into 3x 45min sessions for breakfast lunch dinner and you should aim to be there within first 10 min of your chosen session when food is most fresh. Food temperatures are warm rather than hot but there is a microwave available. Plenty choice all incl drinks. No issues getting pool side sun beds. Check in / out easy smooth, all staff lovely and helpful. Great location for everything. Bus stop and regular taxi 5min walk. Apartment lovely well equipped for self catering. Large wall mounted TV comfortable beds great shower no issues hot water. All areas clean well presented. We stayed 137 which had a very dodgy damaged door but it worked. Kitchen doors were not hung straight but took nothing away from the holiday or experience. Overall very impressed would happily return. Thank you Blue Sea team.

Good standard of room. Food in restaurant was very hit or miss. Lots of flies landing on the food very off putting. No effort to stop them like keeping doors closed or fly traps. Lack of sun beds around pool which I didn’t understand as the area is vast and it could have accommodated plenty more. My advice would be go there as self catering don’t bother with the all inclusive as not up to standard.

Food was very poor. Very limited choices. Pool was freezing cold. More suited to a self catering holiday to all inclusive. Staff over worked hard as the staffing levels were poor especially in the bar and canteen.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Not much variety of food and I expected better quality for a 4 star hotel. No pool snacks included on the all inclusive. Only 1 staff at the bar, who was also helping at the food services.

Limpio, buen precio, muy amables
La limpieza muy bien, incluso siendo cada dos días. El mobiliario estaba algo viejete, pero aceptable; las camas, durísimas y las almohadas llenas de bultos. La playa está cerca, aunque hay un poco de cuesta. La comida no es tan mala como la pintan; es sólo que está muy adaptada al gusto británico :| Lo mejor, el personal: muy amable, camareros muy simpáticos y atentos, receptivos a nuestras peticiones. Muy bien en general.

great spot, lovely hotel but unsatisfactory
Unfortunately the fallout of the collapse of TC is still being felt. The hotel has changed hands and is in transition and without doubt having teething problems. No booking when we arrived on New Years Eve at 5pm, took several hours to sort this out, no excuse for this in this day and age, too many channels of communication available to get away with we couldn’t contact you. The room we were allocated was not prepared for someone to use, we were given it because they had nothing left, fobbed off with an upgrade to all-inclusive ( btw this was on a special offer anyway).... I booked self catering because I don’t like catering offered in Spanish hotels: No Towels No soap Several kitchen items missing inc kettle Room was clearly for a disabled person Bathroom was directly off the bedroom like an en-suite not completely separate as booked We asked to be moved on the 3rd day after viewing another apartment in the complex... certainly this looked as if it had been refurbished.... bathroom completely separate from both bedroom and kitchen/living space. All this said, the hotel has great potential, pool area is lovely and staff pleasant and helpful. The refurbished room was lovely, basic but modern furniture. Location is excellent with grocery shopping 2 minutes away and main shopping / eating a further two or three minutes away however anyway with mobility issues should be aware it is a little hilly on the return from the town, taxis very cheap & readily available

Siamo arrivati in un periodo di transizione tra due gestioni, nonostante ciò ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto gentili ed efficiente tanto i responsabili della reception che quelli del bar. Hanno fatto ciò che potevano per farci stare bene, erano gentili ed utili per le informazioni chieste. La struttura è bella, ben posizionata. Appartamento funzionale. Torneremo volentieri.

Not a 4 start aparthotel - 3 at most
The aparthotel is in a great location albeit up a steep hill. For the most part the staff are really friendly and welcoming, apart from one of the receptionists. I asked for towels as they had not been changed and ours were crawling with ants. She was quite abrupt saying the towels are only changed every second day as with cleaning of the apartments. This is where Lanzarote Palm falls below standard- I can understand not cleaning every day but in the heat 27/28 C, fresh towels would be nice every day. No toiletries are provided by the hotel contrary to what is advertised so Insure you bring your own. The shower is a bit sporadic as the pressure is all over the place - extremely powerful to a dribble every couple of seconds. €10 deposit needed for both air con and tv remotes ! Safe access is 20€ for a week and 2€ per day afterward. I would stay again as it's so central but would prefer if towels could be changed daily.

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni a Lanzarote, scegliendo di soggiornare in un Aparthotel in modo da avere maggiore libertà. Il Lanzarote Palm rispondeva pienamente alle nostre esigenze, e al nostro arrivo si è rivelato un posto davvero gradevole: piscina, bar, ristorante, terrazza...tutto veramente molto bello! Personale disponibilissimo: ci hanno aiutato in più di un'occasione, mantenendo sempre professionalità e cortesia. Unica (grande) pecca: la stanza brulicava di formiche! Nonostante le pulizie regolari, il problema continuava a riproporsi...

Perfect long weekend
Great hotel location, short walk down hill to the beach with all resort facilities in walking distance. Not noisy at all as away from main strip. Great pool area. We had a downstairs apartment plenty of room and utensils etc. Only negative - the false grass on the patio area of the downstairs looks shabby and tired now - probably looked great when new - just a dirt and ant magnet now.
