Traveling with three young adult children, having three bathrooms was an absolute godsend. Our host was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property and will try to stay here again the next time we are in Florence. »

« Very nice renovated medieval farm house. Rustic interior. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Good directions for operating the appliances. The location inside the remnants of a castle is remarkable, and the view from Monsummano Alto is spectacular. We also had a fantastic dinner at La Forresteria restaurant right on the mountain top. »

« Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family. »

« Point central pour visiter Lucca, Pise, Florence, les 5 Terres.... Endroit paisible et loin des nuisances de la ville, avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée de Lucca. Nous avons passé un trÚs beau séjour. Non il n'y a pas de wifi, ni de micro-ondes mais ce n'est en rien difficile à surmonter ! Nous recommandons le séjour et la communication est parfaite avec la propriétaire. »

« Absolutely wonderful. It was what I imagined a Tuscan Villa would be and more. It is private with spectacular views. The inside is roomy and comfortable with beautiful vaulted wood ceilings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could think of. The pool is great with a gate that keeps children safe. The terraces with cushioned seating were perfect for lounging. The beds were very comfortable. Nice washer and clothes line. Highly recommend. »
