Zentrale Lage Statt eines Bettes gab es nur eine unbequeme Ausziehcouch, Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ebenso wie andere Teile des Hotels (nur manche Aufzüge funktionsfähig), Check-In nicht zur angegebenen Zeit möglich, Personal hat einen mehrmals mit angeblich kurzer Wartezeit zum Warten aufgefordert,statt auf Möglichkeiten zur Gepäckaufbe wahrung hinzuweisen (haben dadurch fast 1h unserer begrenzten Zeit in Las Vegas verloren), schlecht beleuchtete Baustelle rund um das Hotel, Teure Parkplätze

Super Hotel, aber ärgerliches Housekeeping
Probleme mit Housekeeping, für welche ein request gestellt werden muss, was wie aber nicht wussten. Als wir dies getan haben inkl Zeitvereinbarung, kam niemand zu dieser Zeit, sondern erst 4 Stunden später, als wir wieder im Zimmer waren. Wir sagten, wir würden das Zimmer in 15 Minuten wieder verlassen, meinte die Dame, dass sie jetzt in den unteren Stock gehen würde und ihr es dann zu weit wäre nochmals zu kommen. Na ja, unter Service verstehe ich etwas anderes. Schade, da das Hotel ansonsten super gewesen wäre!

Sehr schöne grosse Suiten mit Balkon. Beim Pool auf dem Dach konnte immer eine freie Liege gefunden werden. Zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten am Strip oder im Einkaufszenter. Ich bin mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Leicht zurück gesetzt vom Strip, ohne Casino, daher ruhig. In weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man aber mitten im Trubel. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein großer Parkplatz (18 Dollar/Tag). Großzügige Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung der Küche. Alles wesentliche ist vorhanden. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden alle Matratzen erneuert. Netter Dachpool.

Rejected due to overbooking.
Upon arrival we were told that the hotel was overbooked and we had to move to another location (although we booked several months in advance). When we asked about the reason the person in charge said "If you make a scene I will call the security". We received instead a good hotel outside of the city center, free of charge. We would have preferred to pay the original price for the initially ordered room...

Schönes Hotel direkt an der Strip. Trotzdem sehr ruhig! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine am Stockwerk war Arica kostenlos zu benutzen. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Jedes Zimmer hatte eine Zwischentür. Somit konnte man jedes Wort vom anderen Zimmer verstehen. Von Donnerstag bis Sonntag wird in den Zimmer nur gefeiert, gebrüllt, gesoffen und Marihuana geraucht. An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Für Zimmerreinigung muss man extra zahlen. Das „Bett“ ist eine ausklappbare Couch. Positiv ist nur die relativ gute Lage zum Strip.

Can’t wait for the construction around the building to be over. Staff very attentive to your needs. Valet is quick and very helpful. Great place to stay if you don’t mind walking and don’t want the casino life but want to see Las Vegas.

Like/s: The room is spacious and our higher floor room gave us a good view of the city i.e.the Strip. The front-desk staff was friendly and fast. Dislike/s: a) The coffeemaker and available coffee grind serving was limited to a big 10-cup size but with only one guest having coffee, much went to waste. b) The toilet is very unhygienic and unsightly as one has to repeatedly flush to completely rid of the 'human refuse' as there invariably would be of the same stubbornly stuck to the bowl - a bit disgusting to say the least. c) Maintenance of our floor level hallway was subpar. There was litter outside some of the adjoining rooms to include pieces of paper and apparently used Q-tips that was left uncleaned for a couple of days. I'm sure they were visible to the room cleaning personnel as they refurbish vacated rooms but they did not seem to care. I have to report the condition to a supervisor and the issue was addressed a day after.

Stayed for 1 night. Wasn’t as spacious as the pictures made it look, if you’re someone 6’0 the shower heads are low. There were a couple marks on the walls/ceiling but very comfortable, quiet and worth the price. Also, it’s a close walk to Bellagio, and other places!

My stay was so bad I left the property and booked at another hotel. My bed had blood stains on the mattress and they refused to reimburse me for the room I refused to stay in. The elevator floor was so nasty it was disgusting. I will never book at another Hilton property ever again. I had to stay completely off the strip away from the wedding party costing me a fortune. The employees were rude, it was a mess.

The parking lot was in terrible conditions, the area was unsafe. In addition, they were charging me $18.00 to leave my car exposed to theft and damage. The parking lot they suggested was very dirty.
