Inside, you'll find spacious living areas designed for gathering and entertainment. Challenge your group to a game of pool or ping pong, stream your favorite shows on Smart TVs, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with ample cookware, multiple refrigerators, and everything needed for large groups.

Designed specifically for group travel, Palm Tree Retreat is ideal for bachelor and bachelorette trips, family reunions, corporate retreats, golf vacations, sports teams, convention attendees, and friends traveling together.

Guest Capacity & Pricing

The nightly rate includes up to 16 guests.

Additional guests beyond 16 are $50 per person, per night, with a maximum occupancy of 30 overnight guests.

Please ensure your reservation reflects the total number of guests staying at the property prior to check-in. Unregistered or unauthorized guests must be approved in advance and may result in additional charges.

Private Backyard Oasis

Spend your days relaxing by the private pool, soaking in the spa, grilling your favorite meals, or gathering around the fire pit after a night on the Strip. The backyard was designed for making lasting memories.

Entertainment

Country Estate Setting

Palm Tree Retreat is located in a unique country estate neighborhood featuring large lots, mature landscaping, and a peaceful atmosphere. The area is rapidly becoming one of Las Vegas' premier luxury neighborhoods, with beautiful custom estates and multimillion-dollar homes nearby.

Quiet Hours

We are committed to being great neighbors and ask guests to help preserve the peaceful atmosphere.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Exterior noise monitoring devices are installed to help ensure compliance with local noise ordinances.
Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

Desert Environment

The property receives professional monthly pest control treatments inside and out. Because Las Vegas is located in the Mojave Desert, occasional insects or desert wildlife such as mosquitoes, spiders, ants, or scorpions may still be seen despite routine preventative treatments.

Air Conditioning

To help keep the HVAC system operating properly, please do not set the thermostat below 68°F (20°C). Lower settings can cause the system to freeze, resulting in service interruptions and costly repairs. Guests may be responsible for damages caused by improper use.

Pool & Spa Maintenance

Professional pool service is scheduled every Monday and Thursday. During these visits, the technician may briefly access the backyard to clean and balance the water. This routine maintenance helps keep the pool and spa clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please reach out before arrival to check availability.

Packages & Deliveries

Please reach out before sending any mail, groceries, decorations, chef deliveries, or other packages to the property so we can provide the correct delivery instructions.

Events & Gatherings

Palm Tree Retreat is designed for family vacations, reunions, corporate retreats, and group getaways. Events are permitted only with prior written approval.

Event Fee: $5,000 per event
Event Cleaning Fee: $1,500 per event

Please reach out before booking if you plan to host an event or gathering. Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your stay, additional fees, and removal from the property without a refund.

Outside Vendors

For insurance and liability purposes, outside vendors are not permitted. All catering, entertainment, rentals, and other event services must be selected from our approved in-house vendor list.
