• Please ask for a Welcome Packet when you check in.

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Friday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid photo ID.

• Cashless Property Notice: Credit or debit card required at check-in for room charges, taxes, and deposit. Cash is accepted ONLY at check-out.

• Late Arrival / No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must notify the front desk in advance to avoid reservation cancellation.

• Parking Details: Self-parking is $25.00/day (Complimentary for Club Members). Valet parking is $35.00/night. Covered, secured garage with in/out privileges and EV charging stations on-site.

• Daily Resort Charge for standard retail reservation ($40/night included in price, but excludes taxes and government charges): Includes internet access; TV streaming & casting services; two 16 oz bottles of water per day; 10% off spa retail & treatments; self-parking; sports equipment: basketball, pickle-ball; DVDNow w/unlimited movies; 25% off Atomic Golf tee time: 20% off HGV reward card; PressReader.

House Rules / Policies

• 100% Smoke-Free Property: Non-smoking in rooms and public areas. A fee of up to $500 USD will be assessed for smoking in rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on property grounds and inside units.

• Security Deposit / Credit Card Hold: Valid credit card authorization required at check-in for full stay charges plus a $100 security deposit hold.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
