„Die nette asiatisch-amerikanische Dame an der Rezeption fragte beim Check-in, ob ich einverstanden sei mit einem ruhigen und raucherfreien Zimmer. „Ja, gerne!“ Ich erhielt 201 im Nordturm. Für den Preis absolut top! Auch mein siebter Aufenthalt im El Cortez war super, abgesehen davon, das der Zimmerservice ins Zimmer wollte, als ich auf dem Thron saß und ich es erst im letzten Moment bemerkte.“
