Hotel Laurel

« Easy to find. Gas station in same parking lot. Room spacious as well as bathroom. All clean. Variety of breakfast options. We will stay there again. »

« Couldn't keep up with coffee. Sunday morning a baseball team was eating breakfast so they pretty much took up the eating area. An hour later the hot items weren't hot/ lukewarm . Had to wait for coffee. NO ELAVATOR. Had to walk up 18 steps with your luggage plus no cart to put luggage on as we were on the second floor. Railings wobbly, not secure. »

« The shower was not hot, the shower pressure was a trickle, breakfast was bad enough that we found a restaurant the second day (out of eggs, the waffle maker was not maintained, so you couldn't remove a cooked waffle cleanly. There was a false alarm at 4:22 am with no follow up to let guests know that it was a false alarm. »

« I was shocked by the potential stench of urine when I walked into my room. The room was filthy. Things were floating in the bathtub. Bathtub would not drain unless I held down the drain. Ceiling tiles had water damage and were sagging. Climate control system sounded like a helicopter. I saw several spiders in the room. I felt dirty staying there. The bed was very uncomfortable, noisy. I woke up with a sore upper back. Sleep in your car before choosing this place! It’s not worth it. »

« Property was clean as was the room. Breakfast did not have a lot of options, but the coffee was hot and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked with what was offered. Staff was very friendly. »

« The room I was given was a connecting room. I was woke up at 7:00 am to being able to hear the whole conversations of the guests in the connecting room. Either very thin walls or no noise control with the connecting room door. Parking lot didn’t look very nice and didn’t seem to be well maintained. I was only recommend this hotel if you need a quick place to stay for only one night. »

« The pictures show a hot tub but there isn’t one, it was apparently removed. I chose this hotel because of hot tub, need to do better with advertising. »

« Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on....
