Ok pour une nuit de passage
Nous avons apprécié la nuit que nous avons passée dans cette hôtel très confortable. La seule chose qui nous a pas plu c’est son les alentours qui ne sont pas très sûrs. Nous n’avons pas pu laisser quelques valises dans la voiture qui est restée dans le parking. Pour une nuit c’était ok. Il serait bon d’installer des caméras de surveillance afin d’avoir un parking plus sûr

Pool area was small but open til midnight & fire pit area was right outside pool nice & inviting even on warm night breakfast was absolutely delicious biscuits n gravy scrambled eggs some yogurt waffles if ya want cereal bagels toast juice all that goodness room space was wonderful & beds were slumberlicious short drive to town center which was adorable & walkable enjoyed my stay definitely book again thanx

Just a few negatives...first, don't book thru Expedia. Rates are cheaper thru Choice hotels which i didnt catch until the extended day we added. We conversed with the owner a couple of times to commend the staff at the front desk and breakfast bar. Hotel maids are very good at keep fridge clean and prepped for next guest. Towel program is frustrating....they want you to reuse towels for 3 days but their is no place to hang used towels to dry. Yes, you can request to have your towels exchanged either at the front desk or maid service. One of the quietest hotels we haven used.

Worst bed I have slept on in years. It was a brick. No bottled water in the room. The facility doesn’t carry any raw sugar for coffee. Everything in the morning, was either refined sugar items or one flavor diet yogurt. The breakfast was terrible compared to similar properties in the area. WAY overpriced. The elevator corners had years of gunk and dirt. I didn’t feel very comfortable about the cleanliness of the establishment after that. Was told not to drink the water because of the chlorine levels, but wasn’t given any water to drink. I was shocked at the price of the property for the condition. I’m sure they have better days, but I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. The beds were just so painful.

The staff at the Country Inn and Suites completely took my situation in mind and was so courteous. After arriving in town from Chicago for a tour of KU I realized we had a vehicle issue that morning and had to drop the car off at the dealership. Not knowing when I'd get it back my family was forced to uber to the campus and around town. Justin and fellow co-workers allowed me an my family to check out late while we got our car situation taken care of. Luckily it wasn't a major problem at the dealership and we got the car back at 1pm. Thanks for being understanding when emergencies like this occur.

The smoke alarm low battery started chirping at 4 AM, and I could not sleep. No help from the staff, and they did not offer to make any remedy. Horrible night sleep.

Thank you for the review. I apologize for the inconvenience of the smoke detector battery dying and waking you up. However I talked to the person that was here over night that night and she stated you did not call front desk so she could change it but instead told her as you were checking out at 6am and then demanded a refund. Its hard for us to fix a problem that we know nothing about until you leave. but we thank you for staying with us and hope you have a wonderful day.

Very comfortable bed and pillow, very clean. Standard breakfast, nice and quiet patio with fire pit going on every night. It was relaxing to sit outside with a cup of tea conveniently located only 5 minutes away from downtown. Overall, the hotel met my expectations! I will stay there again.

Great hotel on the east edge of town. We were the game weekend and the place was well cared and clean. A little tricky to get to from 23rd. It would be nice to have an EV charger(s) on site.

We stayed here for my mother’s memorial service. Our family had about 8 rooms. Lots of kids and time in the pool. Staff was very helpful. We were probably a little loud in the breakfast room and they let it go. Well done.
