„This house is perfect no matter what your plans. Centrally located, it’s close to UK, short drive to Keenland or Rupp Arena. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard was fenced which was a bonus, as my big lab travels with me. I slept like a rock, so I give A+ for the mattress. Allen was a wonderful host, answering e mails promptly. When in Lexington, I’ll always check for availability here. Highly recommend.“

„I booked this place for my BIL’s 40th. Three nights. It was 6 adults, 3 couples. We could not ask for a more centrally located place. Easy drives to all the great distilleries. But out of the way and peaceful. The views of the lake driving in were amazing. We saw deer and a turkey. You can’t quite see the lake but it’s so pretty from the back deck. When we arrived one of the bathroom showers wouldn’t stop running. I messaged the property manager and she and the owner got back to me right away. ...

It's in an awesome spot, really close to tons of restaurants and the UK campus, but still super quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, riding the bikes over to the UK campus, and relaxing in 5hr comfy beds with lots of pillows. Perfect for anyone wanting a mix of convenience and peace. „What a great property to unwind after a day of Bourbon Trail visits. The peace and quiet and sitting out on the front porch with a beverage was just what we needed. The house was just as advertised. The decor was wonderful, snacks and waters got us thru some afternoons. The walk up the hill to see the sunset is a must. Beautiful pictures with the horse that came by. Would absolutely come back again, we are planning next years trip already. Had no issues at all.“
