Enjoy the on-site coin-operated laundry room, perfect for all types of travelers, including couples, solo adventurers, business guests, families, groups, and pets. Note: No cable TV, but Wi-Fi hotspots are available throughout the complex. Search "Greens West Apartments Lawton OK" on YouTube for a tour. Locals need approval. No prepaid cards or cash. ID verification required.

Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Food Delivery:
For food deliveries, Shipt dot com will deliver to the property.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Note: Laundry area is under CCTV surveillance to ensure security, deter theft, and promote responsible use.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking is allowed on the property. A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Parties and Events:
No parties or events are permitted.
