All that we needed.

The price was great, the location was an easy drive to all the Fort Sill activities we attended. The property was easy to find and use.

Very pleased

We rented this property for our sons graduation at Fort Sill. Reviews are right on, you can't get any closer. The apartment was clean, complex was quiet. Just a short drive to anything you may need. Not too far from the wildlife reserve either. This property was just what we were looking for, it helped our stay be an unforgettable one.

More spacious than a hotel

The location is close to Ft. Sill as advertised, which made it easy for us to visit our son on base. After spending the day sightseeing in Lawton, it was great to have a spacious place to relax and unwind, especially with the two-bedroom layout. It definitely provided more space than a typical hotel room would have.While the accommodations aren't as luxurious as a hotel, they were more than sufficient for our needs. The place had everything we needed and was comfortable for our stay. The neighborhood does look a bit sketchy at first glance, but we didn't have any issues during our time there, and it didn't impact our stay.Overall, considering the location, space, and the value, we felt it was definitely worth the cost. It was a solid option for our trip to attend our son's graduation from Basic Training.

Filthy but good communication

Full disclosure-I was fully refunded for the cost of my stay. It was unacceptable for my elderly parents and for cooking a home made meal. There was a clump of hair in my bed, the pillows were deflated and lumpy, the oven had never been cleaned, the bottom of the oven had a quarter inch of burnt on food, the underside of the microwave has built up grease, there was food in the dishwasher, the kitchen table was sticky, there were bug wings in the bathtub, the soap/shampoo/was emp was empty, window had mold

I stayed here with my boyfriend's 14-year-old younger brother so that we could be with my boyfriend through his graduation from basic training. I recently turned 18, so this was my first solo trip where I booked everything and was in charge of buying and finding a place to stay. When I say the customer service was amazing, it truly was. They were able to answer every question I asked (and I asked a lot), and had very timely replies at pretty much every time of day. That made this trip so much easier and less stressful for me. It also is exactly as advertised, very close to Fort Sill. Only a seven-minute walk to the visitor's center, which made things very convenient. Everything was comfortable and clean. The only issue for us that we had was that we were having issues with connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the houses around us were having the same issues so I'm not sure that is their fault. Overall, as advertised and perfect location if you are going to see a BCT graduation!

The property was close to Ft. Sill which is what we wanted. The neighborhood was not very apealing. The apartment was dingy, musy and not well maintained and had dead bugs in the bathtub, sink, closet and in the freezer along with the bag of ice that was in the freezer. The outside of the apartments had linen from the laundry room all over the ground and the grate was torn off as well as piles of grass clippings left. Inside their was light coverings not in place but set on the table and the refrigerator didn't have a handle. The lampshades looked moldy and one of the windows had broken blinds. My husband and I walked through the apartment and walked outside and made a reservation at a nearby hotel. This was not a place we felt comfortable sleeping at. We even checked the bedding to make sure it was clean. The mattress were of poor quality and you would definitely not get a good night rest. So we contacted the management company. Definately not a clean welcoming environment. The only 2 positive things was that the check in was easy and they did respond quickly to our complaint and asked for details. It has been 1 day since I sent them pictures of the condition of the apartment. We will see if they offer a refund, otherwise that is 228.72 down the drain.
