« Absolutely appalling customer service – missing items completely ignored Our experience with this hotel has been utterly unacceptable. Items went missing from our hotel room, and we reported the matter to reception as soon as we realised they were missing. Despite bringing this to their attention immediately, absolutely nothing meaningful was done. The only response we received from reception was that the cleaners had not seen the items in our room. That was apparently the extent of their...

« Fantastic location for Lazise. The room was perfect for us only staying 1 night but will definitely be looking to come back and stay longer. Virtually no noise from the bars and restaurants was noticeable in the room at night. The room was spotless clean. A nice hot shower in the morning and coffee machine a nice touch. Everything in Lazise from here is a 5min walk. We felt like we had come across a real jem finding this and like I said can't wait to come back soon »

« Really enjoyed our stay and was pleasantly surprised. Very close to the main square with lots of shopping and restaurants as well as the ferry stop. It was very confusing to find the building as the end is hidden and is accessed via a narrow hallway and the hotel reception is on the second floor of the building. However breakfast at the restaurant below is lovely and the staff were great. The room overlooking the square are so picturesque but this is a very busy location above a popular ice...

« This vineyard and hotel are truly boutique, lovely and very generous with their time and attention to detail. Our room was modern, warm and well designed with thoughtful details. The property is based in authenticity, sustainable operations and the staff are committed to its ethics and excellence. Their wine and food are delicious and is a terrific quiet retreat close to Lazise and the beach for access when desired. Would absolutely recommend this to adults looking for a luxury experience. »
