Perfect spot for a brief getaway to Leadville. Located at the tip of downtown, it’s easy to sample Leadville life or to easily venture out to nearby towns and sights. The room itself was tidy and complete with many thoughtful touches. Definitely would stay again!

2nd stay here. 2 adults and 1 dog. Super affordable and very convenient. Nice clean updated rooms with lots of ljttle extras that are nice. Plus the most interesting shower curtain Ive ever seen. Highly recommend and Im sure we will be back

Great spot for Ski Cooper

Them room was great for me, and was clean and friendly. It is located directly on the main road south of downtown, so there is a bit of road noise, but I am a light sleeper. My only suggestion is the room door needs weather stripping for the winter. There is a gap and it keeps the floor and the bed/sleeping area quite cold. The heater was sufficient and did help.

Clean and thoughtful!

Perfect for our needs! Just driving through. Comfy bed, creatively decorated, vey welcoming (thoughtful gift bag with travel size lotion, sun screen, mouthwash, lip balm, etc). Cold waters and sodas provided in small refrigerator. It’s a little older (old Motel refurbished) than picture but clean and with those extras that are greatly appreciated when traveling all day. It’s right on the main road but the owners provided ear plus in our gift bag. We didn’t need them but that was thoughtful!! We will stay again for sure!

Seamless and cute!

I stayed at the Motel Leadville for 5 nights and it was just as listed and more. Cute and cozy room for 1. It was great to have the french press, fridge, and microwave to help keep me fueled for the day. Ting was a great host, easy to connect with throughout my stay and leading up to it. Just on the edge of Leadville's main street, I had easy access to shops and restaurants.

Clean and cute motel

We loved the motel, outside made it look much less nice then it was inside. Only complaints were it was very very hot even with the two fans in the summer. Wasn’t very bearable to be in during the day. And the pet fee for one night was very high. I could have sent my pet to overnight care for cheaper. Other than that it was clean, had everything on the listing and communication was good.

Good Room at a Good Price

Old motel but owner did a good job fixing it up. Very clean and shared kitchen was also nice. Great communication from the owner and everything was easy. Location is a bit of a walk from main shopping area and like most places in the mountains there is no AC. Our room was 81 degrees when we arrived but there is a fan to help cool it off. Overall we enjoyed our stay
