Spacious home for family vacation
We had a wonderful stay! Property management was responsive and able to accommodate early check in for us. The home is beautiful and spacious, love the great room on the main floor and the living room downstairs. The views from the great room are gorgeous. We enjoyed the hot tub and sledding in the backyard. Definitely look forward to coming back

Beautiful Home! Spectacular Views!
This house was stunning and the views absolutely breathtaking. We could not have found a better home for our girls weekend. The only reason I took away a star were a few minor things that are easy fixes for the future: 1. The "how to" binder was useless. Would have loved to know how to work the stove, info about the multiple air controls, check out cleaning procedures etc 2. Internet never worked with codes provided 3. It is an induction stovetop and half the pans are not induction. It was frustrating trying to guess which to use 4. There was no extra blanket for the pull out couch All that to say...I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Just little details that would make it even better.

Fantastic winter getaway
We had a family reunion/Christmas celebration and it was just what we were hoping for. There was enough space for our large group of 11 and the kids loved the bunk room. The owner was very responsive over text or phone call if there were any issues (there was a slight update needed for the directions to the place since recent construction - its the second house on the right, not first). The house had a perfect set up for our Christmas dinner with a large table, all of the place settings and a very nice big kitchen - including a real induction stovetop (my only feedback is that not all of the pots and pans are induction compatible and could be removed from the house to avoid the guessing game). Overall, the place was great and made it difficult to decide whether to go into town or stay and enjoy the fireplace and scenery.

We were here for a short getaway this past weekend and it was fantastic.
The views from the lodge are incredible! The lodge is very well stocked, comfortable and allows for more than two families to stay there for a period of time. Kristiina is very responsive and great to partner with.

Best place to stay for Leavenworth visit
We rented Na-Mu lodge to have a winter gateway with friends and family and it was one of the best properties we ever rented in WA state. Everything was just perfect including the close location to the Leavenworth (you actually can walk downtown to enjoy all those Bavarian festivities and you don't need to be worried about busy parking!), stunning view, and great amenities. We spent hours in the enormous dining room with panoramic windows and a wood fireplace and enjoyed fireworks in a city comfortably seating in the chairs on the patio sipping wine. I also have to add that despite extreme weather with an enormous amount of snow in the area we had no problem getting there - local roads and the driveway was properly cleared (but AWD is still necessary getting there in the winter). All our questions to the owner were timely addressed - Kristiina answered very quickly and provided us with all necessary details to feel welcomed at Na-Mu lodge. We will definitely return there soon!

Outstanding holiday destination for a large family
With a large family gathering of 17 people, we were seeking lodging that could accommodate all ages. This property was the perfect fit for us. A gorgeous home with awe-inspiring views of the snowy mountains outside, the kids had a great time playing outside. Inside, this home was spacious, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. A particular favorite of ours was the dual inside/outside fireplaces...which we put to good use in the cold temps outside. Getting to town was a short drive in the snow, though the roads were frequently and appropriately plowed. Our whole family had a truly wonderful time in Leavenworth. Thank you!

Incredible Leavenworth Getaway
If you're in need of a spot for a group of friends (and a couple of dogs) exploring Leavenworth, this is the best home for that. The dining/living space is open and beautiful with plenty of outdoor area to take in the landscape, the proximity to downtown Leavenworth (just a short walk) is wonderful, and Kristiina is a gracious host who answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. The hot tub was a great amenity as well, and the whole experience was a quintessential weekend of autumn cheer. Would stay again anytime!

A Special Place!
Namu Lodge is certainly a special place! It is conveniently located close to downtown Leavenworth, but yet at the same time, it feels as if you are in a quiet area in the mountains. The views through the massive glass windows are spectacular and it is easy to see why this home is often used for small weddings and other events. Our family had 5 adults and we had a huge amount of space to spread out. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with all cooking utensils needed. The property manager, Kristiina, was super responsive from the very beginning and helpful and informative while were staying. The location is ideal for many activities. While staying we hiked many trails, ziplined, fished, motor boated, e-biked, golfed, visited town, cooked, and simply enjoyed the lodge. I highly recommend staying at stunning Namu Lodge. We truly enjoyed our week!

Very nice stay, the best part has to be the view-it felt like a dream.
It was easy to rent and the process was fairly simple. The owner of the home reached out to me to make sure that we are all set and provided helpful information regarding the town and the home. Also responded in a fairly good amount of time. Overall it was a nice stay.

Perfect for large family stay
The house, the size and the beds were all absolutely perfect for a family holiday in the snow. Everyone was super comfortable and the downstairs bunk room was the favorite of the kids. They had a blast. The driveway is quite tricky in the snow, and we were fairly unprepared for that upon arrival. However, there was de-icer and owner responded well. Loved this house and will likely stay again.

Great house!
We had a wonderful time celebrating New Years at this house! Everything was great! We had a few issues with the oven and stove, however after resetting the breaker and using different pans, things worked better.

This is our family’s second consecutive Christmas staying at NaMu (2 grandparents, 4 parents, and 2 children) and so we have a reasonable point of comparison. 2018 was a decent enough experience although we pursued assurances from the property manager regarding a few issues before rebooking for 2019. The property manager had even rated us a 5 Star client from our 2018 stay through VRBO, something we’d never seen or heard of before but we took to mean that they valued our business. We were encouraged. A beautiful view, and creative floor plan are indisputable but that’s where the positives end. I have 30 years in hospitality and asset management as a point of reference, in addition to multiple home/condo rentals in premium locations, when I say that this facility is losing it's edge in both maintenance and oversight. I am not opposed to paying a premium rate for a compatible experience (rates & fees were actually raised here 15-20% yoy), but this one’s faltering. It’s easy enough to overlook small miscues, but this was not the case. Hot tub not working; oven works intermittently and posts error message; front door entry code incorrectly programmed; smoke detectors either missing or chirping; no window coverings in bunk room; no case goods in bedrooms; crumbling masonry in fireplace (property is wood frame); shower enclosures that leak; to name a few. I spent the better part of the first 48 hours either waiting on people to come render repairs, or trying to reach the property manager to report or follow up on issues. Then waited the remainder of our stay for some sort of gesture to acknowledge the inconveniences, a gesture which never came. Confusing in that last year they extended a $100 credit when a shower leak had rendered a downstairs bedroom unusable. I was told by the maintenance man that ownership reads all of these reviews, as such I would encourage them to take a look at the procedures that the management company is employing to render your facility ready for occupancy. I even called VRBO Customer Service mid stay to inquire how to best handle things, and after failing to reach the property manager they transferred me to a Service Specialist. Where I waited on hold for 10 minutes, and finally gave up. A disappointing experience and Christmas for my wife and I, who were responsible for the booking. We have already booked for next year, just not here.

Beautiful & spacious
We loved how beautiful and large this home is, and it was fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the water pressure in the house dropped to zero a handful of times during our two-night trip. We contacted the owner who responded promptly with instructions on how to reset the water pump, so we were grateful for the fix but it would've been nice to have a heads up at check-in that this was a common issue we'd be dealing with.

Perfect location, nice amenities, ample space
As soon as you arrive, you're met with a gorgeous view of mountains, eagles, and Hawks. The details at this location are on point. The natural wood floors, and tile showers. Hot water heater problems were a bit nerve-wracking, but overall amazing place.

Perfect Leavenworth Bachelor Party Venue
Amazing house, great for a big group (we had 10) and just a short walk to downtown. Sometimes people can manipulate photos or take them from strategic angles to make the rooms looks bigger than they are but the photos here are definitely accurate and the house does not disappoint. We had a minor issue with the hot water heater but the owner addressed it really quickly. I would book this house again in a second if I were bringing another group to Leavenworth. 5 stars.

Mountain Bliss
If I could go back and just live at the NaMu Lodge forever, I absolutely would! It’s completely stunning and such a lovely home inside and out. It was the perfect place for a family trip. We had a small elopement here and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting! There were a few problems in the house when we arrived, but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It didn’t hinder our great time whatsoever! I hope to return here again and again! I would absolute recommend this place!

Wonderful Home
This house was wonderful. It comfortably fit our large group. The kids LOVED the swings on the porch, and the adults loved all the open space to spread out. Would highly recommend this house!

Great place to stay!
Na Mu Lodge was a great place to stay for my group! There was plenty of space and we didn’t feel like we were living on top of each other throughout the weekend. The four bedrooms with full bathrooms were a great feature and the open space kitchen and living area also made the house feel more spacious. The house has great views of the mountains and is close enough to walk to downtown Leavenworth (about 20min walk). I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful house
I rented the house for my niece's wedding. The owner was very accommodating when the house was double booked. I explained that the bride and groom's families were all meeting at the house for diner the night before and it would be difficult to move location. The owner was very professional. When I contacted her to inquire if the booking was resolved she assured it was resolved. On arrival, the house is very clean and well stocked. My entire family (10 adults & 5 children) stayed at the house. The house layout was wonderful and it was nice having a bathroom in every bedroom. The only con and reason I didn't give the house 5 stars is the furniture didn't accommodate 10 adults and wasn't very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Elopement at Na-Mu Lodge
Na-Mu Lodge exceeded our expectations for our small elopement. The owners seem to have thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our family and close friends that stayed with us. We had our short ceremony on the covered patio and a family-style dinner in the large living area inside. We enjoyed dancing on the patio in front of the outdoor fireplace under the stars. Na-Mu Lodge helped make our most special day even more magical. And....let's not forget about those beds. I don't think I've ever slept so well!

"Oops, Yea, We Know We Need to Fix That" Ruined a Family Vacation
We booked our stay with high hopes. The pictures of the property and home online were stunning. We were not disappointed when we arrived to find a lovely home on a choice property with sweeping views of the mountains. Sadly, our experience at NaMu quickly took a sharp turn for the worse. Within an hour of our arrival one of our guests sat in a chair at the dining room table and it collapsed under her. Sending her careening backward and hitting her head on the floor. The fact that this guest is age 74, has had a recent back surgery shouldn’t really matter but it definitely caused a lot of worry. The representative/co-owner of the property was downright rude. Her exact response when we called her to make her aware was “oh yeah, we need to work on those chairs, some of them are loose. Don't worry, you won't be charged for the broken chair." Sorry, did I just hear that? She told us we could fix the chairs with the owners tools in the garage, or she was hours away. EVERY chair was loose or missing hardware completely. We found the house to be well appointed with lots of space for plenty of people. However, things got really interesting later that night when at 1:30AM the smoke alarm in the master suite started chirping from a low battery and woke the whole house. Luckily, since the owner earlier gave us the lock code for the owners closet/tools in the garage we found a ladder. We got to climb up and disconnected the smoke alarm and attempt getting back to sleep. Rather than disturbing the owner at 1am, the next day we reached out, this time it took her about 10 hours to get back to us and when we finally spoke she greeted me curtly and told me she has other responsibilities and is the softball team coach and is not always available to talk to us. I let her know what happened with the alarms and again, “oh yes, we have not had a chance to do that and know we need to. Sorry.” She offered to drop off batteries so we could do it. We let her know it was her job to maintain her home, not ours. The days wore on with other things like there were no towels for the hot tub, the chemical levels were way off in the tub, the televisions/cable did not work and the railing on the deck was ready to fall off. We made the best of it, Leavenworth was a great getaway. But I would NOT recommend anyone stay with these owners (both NaMu and Zayly are their homes) because worst of all, they seemed wholly unwilling to own up and attempt to rectify our terrible experience.

Oh MY GOSH. The pictures don't even do the lodge justice. Our jaws were on the ground. So beautiful!
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Oh my. So beautiful. So very spacious. So clean. So well equipped!! We cannot wait to have another reason to come back and stay!!!

We rented Na-mu lodge to celebrate a bachelorette party and it did not dissapoint! We used every bed in the house including the bunk house and it still was big enough for all of us. Shelley was available for any questions I had and answered promptly. I would definitely reccomend Na-mu lodge to others and I would rent again, next time knowing to keep noise outside down after 10 :) thank you Shelley!

Beautiful house, attentive owners!
This gorgeous house had more than enough space for our group of 13 adults and 4 kids! The open floor plan made it easy to prep meals while still being part of all the action. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need! After our first night, we quickly learned that the sinks in all the bathrooms downstairs were clogged and super slow to drain. I texted Shelley and she was quick to reply and within a couple hours, she stopped by to remedy the situation. An hour after she left, we found that the hot tub also needed some attention. Again, Shelley was very quick to respond and we were enjoying the hot tub just a few hours later. Thank you for your attentiveness, Shelley! The Namu Lodge will definitely be #1 on our list the next time we decide to stay in Leavenworth!
