Es gibt keine Rezeption. Die Ankunft soll man avisieren- ich habe es vorher nicht erfahren und musste dann etwa eine halbe Stunde warten, bis jemand mit dem Schlüssel kam.

Me and my partner stayed at the K Space apartments in Leeds for a few days and was very happy with the experience. Picking up and dropping the keys was very convenient, parking was easy, the apartment was big and clean with everything we’d need for the week and the value was incredible. If I am coming to Leeds again for a stay, I will definitely be coming here.

The apartment was clean, Comfortable, warm and the internet was fast. It was in a quiet area near to the city centre: it would be hard to think of anything else a person could want really.

Home away from home
Kspaced apartments are beautifullly decorated an stylish. Thee apartments are clean and the bed very comfortable. The best for me is the silence it is so peaceful. You will occasionally meet someone in the lift. Or on your floor.

Cosy apartment
Really nice little apartment, ideal for a couple or solo trip. Very cosy and warm for the cold weather. Close to city centre too. Only thing I’d change is the sofa, hard to get comfy as it is leather and slippery but that is a minor detail and personal preference. Overall loved my stay and the team are really helpful.

Had a great weekend stay at KSpace. The apartments are in a ideal location for the shops, bars and Xmas markets. The accommodation itself was clean and well equipped with what we needed and we was allowed to check in early. Thank you Penny & Millie.

This apartment was fairly great, spacious living room & kitchen, and the bed was amazing definitely a good night's sleep. We stayed 2 nights for the Leeds Christmas Market, close to the city centre. However the apartment does require general maintenance. When we arrived, we soon discovered the sofa had a hole on the right side underneath. 2 windows had dysfunctional handles, they shut fine just didn't lock. Apart from those few issues they was no other problems. (Obviously can not speak for the other apartments) As for the actual building itself it looked very well and clean secured with an access gate. We met a woman for our apartment key and she was very helpful, no issues there. Overall we would book again if the issues we had are resolved.

Really comfortable stay in my 1 bedroom apartment. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything i would need. Penny was so easy to communicate with, and I'll definitely look to stay again.

Condition of the unit was not very good. The apartment I was given was not shown in any of the photos so it was very deceptive to arrive to stay for a week in an apartment that clearly needs to be renovated. Very disappointing. The apartment only came with one towel for the entire week so I had to wash the towel each day. No washing powder was provided so I had to purchase it at a local store. There is no parking around the apartment unless you want to pay a large amount each day to the apartment at an additional cost. There were only one small shampoo for the week. No coffee was provided. Kitchen needs repair as well as new carpet. Only good thing was it is in a safe area and you can walk into town easily. Just be careful if you decide to stay here because you may not get a lovely unit as seen in the pics when you reserve. The unit looked nothing like the photos.

Ideal property for staying Leeds. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Apartment had everything that was needed. Was very warm even without heating on but fan available. Excellent communication from host with clear instructions to access the property. Would stay there again.

We stayed in a family suite, travelling from Canada. There was a small hiccup upon arrival as we were at the wrong entrance. Nobody’s fault, well except maybe google maps, ha ha. However, a few quick emails solved the issue and we met Penny at the gate. She was very helpful and pleasant through out our stay. Again very responsive if we had any questions. The area itself is perfect. Walking distance to everything you need! Quiet at night. We enjoyed out stay and would absolutely stay here again! Cheers!

The Kspace property is very nice and clean. I like how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. The location was perfect for my convenient shopping, Dining, Pubs, Clubs, Transportation etc.However inside the apartment the sofa was very old and the closet draws were broken in both rooms, also my entrance door couldn't close properly. But the owner was nice when l communicated with her.

Good location to markets at Crown Point as well as at Headrow road - 10-mins walk only. Clean and quick response from the staff. Highly recommended.
