L'hôtel est bien situé. Pas loin de la plage et de la ville. L'immeuble est un peu vieillissant, mais les chambres sont agréables. Par contre la porte et la serrure de la chambre seront à revoir car c'était très difficile de tourner la serrure pour fermer de l'intérieur. Bon séjour.

Jai beaucoup aimé lhotel... juste jai ete pas contant car jai fait la demande des chambres mais ils n ont pas fait...jai l impression ils n ont pas regardé et fait attention à ma demande

Bien situé, dans une impasse au calme
Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, les serviettes sont néanmoins changées tous les jours; le petit déjeuner est très moyen si l'on ne mange pas du riz et de l'omelette (il reste alors pain de mie moyen avec beurre et pastèque et ananas en tranches). Nous avons changé de chambre un soir car la climatisation ne fonctionnait plus (ch B 19 au 2 e étage); la chambre au rdc était correcte mais la salle de bains était moins propre : traces de moisissures le long de la baignoire. Point positif : on a pu échanger nos euros à l'hôtel le premier jour de notre arrivée à un taux intéressant. Attention ne pas échanger d'argent dans les boutiques non officielles, arnaques assurées ! (c'est du vécu) La nuit il faut porter des boules Quiès si on a le sommeil léger car climatisation indispensable mais bruyante. Prévoir aussi le masque pour dormir car difficile dans trouver à Bali, (si on n'a pas récupéré celui fourni dans l'avion) si on est sensible à la lumière (le jour se lève vers 6h).

Sommes toutes bon hôtel sans prétentions au calme, TRÈS près de la plage (derrière le Pullmann).Belle vue d'ensemble sur l'interieur de l'hôtel et la belle piscine (ma chambre était au 3e étage). Hôtel facile a trouver : suivre la route longeant la plage de Kuta vers Seminiak, la route tourne à droite au niveau du double 6, le gang (ruelle) est néanmoins discret...on peut passer devant sans le voir, sans faire gaffe....sinon, l'option petit dej est sympa et a volonté, personnel également très sympa...

The rooms are well outdated the bathroom was old and dirty and you barely got a dribble out off the shower let alone hot water, there was no safe in the room and it took the 2 of us to close and lock the door. We also booked a room with 2 beds but was given 1, for the price we were being charged i would have expected way better than the accommodation that we received.

They cancelled our booking and told us it was Expedia fault. Stood agree and argued for 5hrs on arrival before finally getting what we had booked. Very Limited menu service very slow. At the end of our stay, tried to make us pay for other people’s drinks etc, stood again for about an hour to get it sorted. Very disappointing, we had stayed in the past here but would NOT stay again.

Loved our stay here. It was quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend to get poolside room on ground floor if you like easy access to the pool. Staff are polite but sometimes struggle with English. Room was specious and they provided two free water bottles daily. Room was cleaned daily so that was also very much appreciated. I will definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Das Hotel ist ganz nah vom Strand und sehr gepflegt, mit einem tollen Schwimmbad.Ich hatte ein großes sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon, Wasser, Tee, Kaffe und Wasserkocher.

The staff were amazing. Helping us choose tours and places to go and things to see. Very quiet friendly hotel. Breakfast is essential. The eggs and pancakes were the best we had in bali. Have already booked our return trip next year. Highly recommend for the price concious.

海まで近く価格の割には部屋も広くて設備は古いがまずまずです。3週間ほど滞在しましたがタオル交換はあったけどシーツや枕カバーの交換は無かった感じ。スタッフは概ねフレンドリーでした。コスパは良いと思います。

Great location super close to the beach and shopping area. The staff are are so friendly and helpful, they are always so happy. The only very small let down is the very limited menu but there are heaps of places to eat around so it’s not a really big issue. I would definitely stay here again.

I overlooked a thousand irritating things - but when i broke a 30c glass they charged me idr75k at checkout gave me idr25k in 1 and 2k notes and i got a big fYou smile - the cab wouldn't drive down the tiny lane nor drop me off when i arrived etc...

Two weeks in Kuta Beach, Bali
Loved the friendliness of the staff. My first room was a little rough, electrical outlets weren’t working, Wi-Fi was nonexistent. The front desk happily gave me another room which had been refurbished. Water pressure wasn’t great. Most important, for the money, this place Rocks! For me, the location of Fourteen Roses can’t be beat; Ten minute walk from the beach and many restaurants and bars.

Entgegen der Beschreibung war weder Frühstück, noch Restaurant oder Bar vorhanden.Das Hotel befindet sich zur Zeit im Renovierungs-Status, um es mal nett zu formulieren. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, sehr freundliches Personal, Bali eben, für den Preis in Ordnung.Die Nähe zum Legian Beach ist super.

This property is in need of repair, there were holes in the ceiling and the shower hose didn't point the right way for example. The pool area was very pleasant and the balconies overlooking the pool. If you want a well maintained place, this is not it, but for what we paid, we would consider staying there again.

Good place for price & location
The highlights: AC worked really well. Pool was great for a that much needed afternoon dip to cool down. Staff was very nice & helpful when called upon. The personal balcony was great for morning coffee & had a great breeze coming through. The bed was very comfortable. Less thank a 5 min walk to the beach & restaurants. Quiet because it is tucked back off the main road. The downfalls: I asked for a room with 1 Queen, got 2 Singles. I’m not a tiny person so I woke up a couple times when I rolled over and almost fell off the bed. I will note this was by availability (ie: can request, might not get…all good). However, someone had spilled coffee (or something ) on one of the comforters and instead of replacing it, the bed was maid with the stained side down. Just a little disappointed because something so small could have been taken care of easily. A little hard to find the first time, but no issue getting back after that. For the cost and location, it’s definitely a good place to stay. I’d give them another try for sure the next time I’m in town.

Location .Walking sistance to legian and kuta beach.Small enough to be personal.Pool is very nice.Beautiful landscapes and trees around.Breakfast ia basic but adequate for me. Could be further improved if hotel provide hot water kettle,hair dryer and aafe.Lots of privacy at this hotel as it is tucked away from main road. Staffs are polite and helpfùl.Thank you for the hospitality.
