« Not updated or safe at all. Door latches falling apart, old fixtures and plugs that don’t work and fall out of the walls. Doors to room look like they’ve been attempted to be pried open based upon their marks. Old appliances and fixtures. “Breakfast” was lackluster at best. No way this is an 8 star rated place. More like a 5 at best. Should be $75-85 a night »

« Exceptional welcome by the lady at the front desk. 1st time we tried this brand and we were quite impressed. Top clean, spacious, and well located. We tried another location after and it wasn’t as exceptional as this one. »

« When it comes to a hotel stay I have never felt so unwanted and uncomfortable. Payed my money the entire room and hotel was disgustingly irritable. The entire establishment needs work, more adequate workers with better communication skills, and also a cleaner environment. »

Called for housekeeping to clean room was offered another room twice room keys did not work. Decided to go stay at Hyatt in Bethleham. Do not stay here!!! »
